Current exercise:

Fulcrum hanging 10min intervals with 5 min break x3
Weight currently hanging is 6.5kg. Frequency is every day

Clamping 3 10 min intervals. (edging /ballooning technique)
Frequency is every other day

Jelqing, 20 mins in the bath, frequency is whenever I feel like it
