Twofister's Routine

Early in the AM..begin with - heat.
I use both a sand blanket and a hot water bottle.(heated in the microwave) I start with the sand blanket for 15-20 minutes, until it cools. Then go to a rubber hot water bottle… I fold the bottle over & wrap my joint with it and Stretch, pull, tug mostly downward based on Thunder’s “LOT” recommendation….until cool…another 15-30 minutes. The rubber provides a good grip. { I believe the heat is highly critical to success}…

I then stretch my member using my hands & an 8 inch plastic ruler to guide me for distance. I continue stretching until I exceed or match the prior day/ weeks mark on the ruler. Once I have achieved the same or longer stretch..I jelg for 45 minutes. ( various tugs)… Then repeat 2- 3 times stretching & wet jelging. I generally use “Bag Balm” for the lubricant. In the 2nd month, I would Jelg & stretch one more time in the evening.

In December I began hanging “batteries” taped to an ace bandage to hang for a lig exhausted flaccid stretch, all evening until I retired for the evening.

On January 29, 2011. I began clamping for girth. Using 1 inch stretchy material tightly wrapped around the penis shaft…kept in place with 2 rubber bands…for 10-15 minutes…
