True To 1's Routine

I always start with a long warm up, rice sock or towel for 5- 10 min, with gradual manual stretches. After my warm up, I move to jelqs and squeezes while in the shower about 15 min, and finish with my bathmate vacuum to really push more blood flow, about 10 min and a cool down with manual stretches. Usual 30-40 min every other day.
