I’ve been lurking on the forum a long time. I read a lot of great threads, learned a lot as well. I’ve been apprehensive about starting and tracking since I’m a bit afraid of failure, but what the hell.

Today I started with this routine Linear Newbie Routine 2 on 1 off.

Starting stats: BPEL 5.5, EG 5

My goal is pretty conservative I think. 7.5 BPEL, 5.5 EG

Today I worked out, and in the shower right after, while I was still hot and sweaty from the exercise I did 20 jelqs and a 30 sec stretch.

Another day another workout, both PT and PE.

Worked out today I did 30 jelqs, and 2 thirty second stretches, fairly gentle. All of this was done in the shower with warm/hot water.

I also checked my LOT, I seem to be at an 8 or 9.

Tomorrow is a rest day.

Forget LOT.

Worked out today, even though I really wanted to, I did no PE today as per the routine.

Did my workout today, and my PE. Moved up to 30 jelqs. I got a tiny bit of an ache on my left testicle, its probably cause I was reaching so far back. The pain went away pretty fast. No stretching today.

I am using the OK grip, could that be the reason for the slight acheyness?

Don’t close the grip.

Put pressure only on the sides of the penis when jelqing

Did PE, as per bill I didn’t close the grip. 30 jelqs with 5 min hot water warm up and 5 min hot water cool down, no stretches and zero pain!

Tomorrow is a rest day. No PT and no PE.

Stretch workout day, did 30 Jelqs, one 30 sec stretch. Again, hot shower couple minute warm up, and couple minute warm down.

Not sure if I didn’t post yesterdays or what, the time stamps on these posts are screwy.

Yesterday (Monday) I did 30 jelqs, Today (Tuesday) I did 40 Jelqs. Tomorrow will be a rest day.
