I measured today after 3 days off.

BPEL - ~5 7/8
MSEG - 5 1/2

No increase in girth, I have been lax on the jelqs though, focusing more on stretching.

I want to try hanging. Ill need to do some reading up on it.

No PE today either.

I’ve been way busy. Bad PE week. Have not done any in nearly a week.

I’m still doing research on hanging and I think I’m going to try bib’s.

Work has taken over my life, ive been doing some minor PE but not really sticking to it.

I will be ordering a Bib, once it arrives I will start posting daily once more.

All the gains I have seen have remained so far. I still do a little stretching here and there, but im on no ‘program’ right now.

So I got my bib starter in the mail yesterday. I was surprised at how well packaged it came. I shouldve done an unboxing, oh well.

So ive been playing with it today and decided to try hanging for just one set, mostly to get used to the unit, and how it works.

First thing is first.The skin stretch is real. Right at the base. That burn. Ive also noticed the head is getting a bit cold? Maybe im too tight?

As for my starting weight im guessing 2 or 3 lbs. I dont know exactly. but it feel close to what i use during manual stretching.

Not sure if a lot of hangers read this or not, but from what ive read the skin stretch is normal for the first bit correct? Ive also got a bit of an odd pins and needles for a little?

Anyway, PE for today - 20 mins hang 2-3 lbs.

5 min warm up with rice sock

20 mins hang with 2.5 lbs - had to stop halfway and readjust hanger.

5 min warm down.

This one felt better, have a little fatigue going. Im going to keep it slow and gentle for now.

This hanger has a bit of a learning curve, im still trying to get it to work right.

So after fiddling with the hanger and becoming quite frustrated at lost days, and inability to keep the hanger from slipping with low weight (Short of tightening it down to the point of pain) i’ve given up on the hanger. Ill resume manual exercises since that seemed to be working earlier.

I bit the bullet and ordered a pump. Ill continue my newbie routine until it arrives, then will start the basic pumping newbie routine.

Pump was a good move, in my opinion, I’ve made gains and I think it was primarily because I incorporated the pump in the newbie routine

First pump day.

Got my pump today, went ahead and put it together, made sure it worked.

10 min rice sock heat.

10 mins at ~4inhg w/ hot rice sock sitting against the cylinder.

50 jelqs

2 - 1 min stretches w/ heat

8 min cool down

Let me say, pumping for the first time was something else. I swore I was about to blow my load. Managed to hold on tho.

Pumpers! I used coconut oil for lube, and is 4-5inhg too much? It was a lil uncomfortable but no pain. Mostly pleasure…. almost too much.

10 min warm up

10 min 4,5-5 inhg
