4 x 30 sec stretches. Didnt get time to jelq. Too busy! Durnit.

This week has been bad for me, missed some PE, found a spot on the old buddy I let heal.

Today I did 3 x 30 stretches and 40 Jelqs. 5 mins heat.

Gonna try and make this better next week!

Measuring day!

MEASURING DAY!

Well. Its been exactly 1 month since I started. I did have some gains, but I want to be explicit on what I did.

I stuck to the routine as best as I could, I did have 1 ‘bad’ week. I have also been working out and losing a little body fat.

The results.

BPEL: 5 3/4.

MSEG: 5 1/2.

Yes these gain are verified over a few days. My biggest gain was in girth. An entire half inch. I’m not sure how the hell that happened. Did I measure wrong at the beginning? Possibly. But I’m 95% sure I did it right.

Things I am going to change. I want length. I don’t want a 6x6 cock. I have a feeling that if I keep the routine with lots of jelqs ill end up with a soda can for a dick. Not that it’s bad, but I enjoy anal sex and don’t want work my way out of it with my wife.

I’m concentrating on stretches now, but still doing jelqs.

Todays routine - 5 1 min stretches. (Off day)

Wow man, very nice. I have been following your updates regularly. honestly though, I had thought that you were not doing enough with the stretches. Thank you for proving me wrong and giving some of us ‘newbies’ hope for fast gains based off of easy but consistent workout. Well done with your updates as well, nice to look back on for a record.

Ok so remeasured this morning. It has been 24 hours since last PE. The gains have remained. I’m going to do some more PE this evening since it is an ‘on’ day.

I’m honestly amazed this works. People have always said ‘Nah PE is bullshit.’ Ill take pics and post them as well, we will see where I end up in another 30 days.

Today I did 5mins heat, 5 x 1 min stretches, 75 jelqs, 1min stretch, 3 mins heat.

Ill go into a bit more detail.

What I do for heat is I take a plastic cup and fill it with hot water, and put it over my junk for 2.5 mins, empty it out and refill it with hot water quickly and leave it on for 2.5 more mins.

Then I use my detachable shower head and keep the hot water flowing as I do my stretches, so its more hot water for another 5 mins.

I shut the water off and do my jelqs, once those are done I get the shower head again and do another 1 min stretch with heat, then do the cup for another 3 to 5 mins. So basically the entire process has heat. It seems to be the most important part. One thing I’ve noticed about no gainers or slow gainers is not much heat? Or maybe I’m just lucky? Who knows.

Not 100% sure, but I think my girth gains only started when I applied constant heat to my routine. Hard to tell for sure tho, because I started heating this way after 1 month rest, with alternative routine (Linear Routine), lighter schedule, from dry to wet jelq and from regular OK grip to inverted-U-grip (gripping only on the sides of the penis, overhand).

Yeah I pretty much fit the bill of 6x6 and it has its blessings and curses. Anal once and never wanted to do it again , who wants to make their wife’s asshole bleed.

I am focused on gaining length as well. I’m going to be checking in on your thread from time to time, good luck brother!!
