I am just a hair shy of 6 BPEL
Do you have any “turtling” problems?
What is your flaccid length before stretches?

Well right now its cold up here in north Az, so yes!

Flaccid tends to vary wildly with me, usually 4.5 to 5.

But after working out and starting PE in the hot shower I get a good hang and it looks fine. All my PIs are positive so far. I’m trying to avoid measuring until the 8th of march. I am also considering getting a vasectomy next month, so that will likely put me on a one or two week break from PE. But ill cross that bridge when I get there.

Rest day!

Worked out, then did stretches in all directions only for PE 30 sec each, lots of hot water. 0 Jelqs.

Cardio day!

50 jelqs, 2 30 sec stretches, lots and lots of hot water. I kept the heat on during the stretching, then reapplied for a little bit after every 10 jelqs.

Double workout day!

3 sets of 30 sec stretches, 50 Jelqs. Lots of heat again. Tomorrow is off day, no PT, no PE.

45 jelqs 3 30 sec stretches today. Lots of hot water during the stretching.

Wasn’t able to do as much as I wanted. Was interrupted.

Yesterday was rest day.

Today, worked out, 5 mins of heat (hot water in shower) 5 x 30 sec stretches. 50 Jelqs, 5 mins heat.

5 mins heat as hot as I could manage. 5 x 30 sec stretches. 60 Jelqs. 1 30 sec stretch, 5 min heat.

I’m trying a diff way of applying heat. Just filling up a cup with hot water and placing it over my junk and letting it sit there.

I also couldn’t resist measuring yesterday. I did have growth, but not how I expected. Ill wait till the 8th to post. I’m half expecting it to vanish overnight.

Double workout day.

PE rest day.. Still did 2 30 sec stretches tho.

Took Saturday and Sunday off too. I’m going to try 2 days on, one off, 2 days on, then weekends off. Mainly to put all my PE during the week when I have more time to do it.
