Total Package's Routine

I generally like to fit PE in with the rest of my schedule without feeling as though I am over pressuring myself to workout. So I will most often Jelq and Stretch in the bath before work, which allows me to warm up with the bath water and get a good relaxed stretch and a great workout in without taking special time out of my day.

I start by first clearing my head of all the junk that is in my day and then I do various stretches before beginning my Jelq routine. The Jelqing takes a matter of 10 minutes for me, and I take my time with each squeeze to avoid injuries. I do this for 2 days and then I take a day off to recover.

Aside from the actual exercise portion of my routine I mix an L-Arginine supplement, take 2-3 times a day, into my daily routines.

I rarely Clamp anymore, and I no longer Hang. I did this a few years ago and it was uncomfortable and very difficult to practically fit into my routine. I have found that Jelqing suits my needs just fine and I have seen significant growth since beginning PE in 2007. I started off at 6in EL, and now I top off at 7in EL!
