Good day all

3 years ago worked with Newbie routine for 2 month , then had to quit the gains were (BPEL +0.3, EG +0.3)
Unfortunately had to quit for a long time

Now I am back just started my 2Nd week of PE with newby routine + have ordered the Vacuum extender

My initials are , BPEL 6.102 ,NBPEL 5.314 EG Middle(5.19) BPFSL 6.22

Main point is to gain length ,
Fix the UP tilting of penis
Increase the Head size (4.57)

Actually I am not fat I don’t understand why I have huge difference between BPEL/NBPEL

Goals are NBPEL 16cm/BPEL 18 EG 15
Will accept any advice!

A .8 fat pad is good. It averages for most non overweight men between .75 and 1.25” so you are in a good place. Less than that is usually fitness people. More than that is some level of overweight usually.

Yes but I am an ectomorph and do constant fitness, actually I do have a little bit of belly fat, I presume it is because my fat distribution is strange, only at belly, while the rest body is ripped : D
Probably because of that, so then I need to become more shredded

The reason for the belly fat, is that it is important for all the glands and kidneys to maintain temperature. The belly fat will be the hardest to get rid of after the rest of the body is ripped. Your body will do anything to keep it.
