wear extender for 3-4 hours a day. try to hang with light weight btc using bowflex machine 4 hours a week. After stretching/hanging, immediately spend 1 hour jelqing/pumping. 10 minutes jelqing/ stretching alternating with 10 minutes pumping in the tube at 5 mm hg for 60 minutes total. After this wear ADS, for rest of day Monkeybars Auto ADS or Autoxleeve.
