Too Bigs Progress

So I started a solid PE schedule on about January 21st, 2019.

At that time my stats were
NBPEL: 6”
BPEL: 7”
MSEG: 6”
BSEG: 6.5”

As of today March 3 , 2019
Current stats
NBPEL: 6.5” (only with a very good erection which my wife is easily able to help me achieve)
BPEL: 7.25”
MS EG: 6”
BSEG: 6.5”

I’m pretty sure my current gains are all due to improved EQ.

Here’s what my current PE regimen is;
Originally started just doing the newbie routine with about 4 hours a day using my X4 Labs extender.
I found that Jelqing seemed to be hindering length gains so I put that on hold for now as I’m focusing on length. So what I do now is as follows.

Schedule is 4 on 2 off and I wear a cock ring most of the day to avoid turtling
1) heat for warm up and 15 min of manual stretches in the morning
2) every time I go to the bathroom at work I do about 2-5 min worth of manual stretches
3) after work I use heat to warm the ligs again and do another 15 min of manual stretches then I put on my extender and extend for 4 hours at minimum.
I currently can’t handle the fatigue extending beyond 6 hours so I do what I can.
4) after I remove the extender I take a nice hot shower to warm down the ligs.

I also hit the gym very heavy almost every day of the week and take weekends off plus a very healthy diet so I’m rapidly trimming body fat right now.
My self esteem is on the rise now along with my gains. I’m just hoping to continue gaining even half this speed.

Hahaha I do find I’m loving my peener more as I progress. Thanks to guys like yourself LittleEngine and this forum.

I just wanted to post some positivity today. I haven’t measured yet this month and I won’t until the last day of the month.

I just wanted to mention that I’m almost into my 3rd full month and my length gains are visually noticeable to me. I don’t know what I’ve gained since my last measurement but I can see and feel it.

It’s really surprising to me that my insecurities are already easing up.

I’m still doing manual stretches for 20-30 min in the morning, 4-6 hours in my extender after work, and 20-25 of Jelqing before a shower at night using a 5 on 2 off schedule.

Lots of very positive PI’s and things are looking up.

So I measured again last night. It’s the first proper measurement in about a month.

Due to my schedule recently I decided to do a 2 week decon break. When I started up again I also started doing an all day anti turtle wrap. That made a huge difference.

I also started up with just 30 min a day of wet Jelqs. So I’ve been on that for about a week and a half.

New measurements are;

NBPEL: 6 3/8” to 6 1/5” with average erection quality.

That’s a big improvement for me from last measurement. At the same erection level at last measurement I was 6 1/4

BPEL: 7 3/8”

Flaccid length: 5-5.5”

MSEG:6.2

BSEG:6.5

Erection quality is great and stamina is also improving. I about 2-3 weeks I will reintroduce the extender.
