Tonytrue's Routine

I use a stopwatch and jelq for circa 20 mins - at the beginning of the week I do 15 minutes, rising to 25 minutes at the end of the week. I focus on squeezing the muscle tissue so it sort of grinds, and when I become too erect (which is often) I stop the stopwatch and do squeezes until my erection subsides.
