Tips and routines for me situation inside

First off, I am new obviously so I would like to say hello to all the veteran members. I would also like to apologize if this isn’t the right sub-forum to post this in but I’ll give it a shot.

Basically I’m very very new to the concept of jelqing, stretching, etc. I’ve been reading around and doing alot of research on the site itself but I want personal user feedback.

All in all, I’m going more more girth than length but I do have a minimum length to reach.

A little stats about myself currently,
I’m 7” in length and 5.5” in girth. Decent size from what I’m told, but hey I wanna be bigger right?

Could you fellas give me a nice breakdown of routines and “workouts” to potentially reach my goal of 8”L and 6”G? Mind you that’s just a simple goal, I wouldn’t mind going bigger than that haha

All feedback is appreciated. And to add, I am not the quiting type. You guys lemme know what’s a good routine and I’ll stick by it for a long time and report back!

So, you are already big. Congrats.

Basicly you want to start with the newbie routine.
You will have to start there cause no matter where you want to go and what you want to achieve you need to condition your dick first to exercise.

Its quiet possible that you reach that goal with the newbie routine already. After 2-4 months on that routine you will know where you stand and you can decide on what advanced exercises you might want to follow.

Thank you so much for the advice! Being that I’m new, is there a link or something I can follow for the newbie routine? I don’t mean to ask questions I could find the answer to myself, but I’d like to make sure I’m finding the right information.
