Time to Grow!

Hey guys,

I have been a lurker for quite a few years on different PE sites. I have done PE on/off for maybe a couple of years but never with any consistency. Lately I have a huge urge to grow my penis & am feeling really motivated. I would like to share my journey with the members at Thunder’s & hopefully get some feedback along the way. This Log also keeps me accountable to make sure I stay on track. Plus I have a bit more time on my hands now seeing that my business is up and running.

My starting measurements are:
BPEL 5.8” MSEG 5.25” BEG 5.5” HG (Head Girth) 4.9”

I will measure again around the 30 day mark. Most of my focus is going back to the basics (manual stretching and jelqing), while increasing the duration over time.

Currently I have completed these workouts so far:
Day 01 - 11/04/19
18 Minutes Stretching
10 Minutes Jelqing

Day 02 - 12/04/19
20 Minutes Stretching
10 Minutes Jelqing

Day 03 - 13/04/19
23 Minutes Stretching
12 Minutes Jelqing

Day 04 - 14/04/19
23 Minutes Stretching
12 Minutes Jelqing

Will have Day 05 up in several hours.

My hands and wrists have been in quite a bit of pain the last few days from the stretching. I just looked up Marinera’s gripping thread and might give this a try next time. Otherwise it will be difficult to keep increasing my stretching duration over time.

Day 05 - 15/04/19
28 Minutes Stretching
12 Minutes Jelqing

Another day down and feeling very motivated. I feel like my flaccid is hanging abit more all the time & also more plump. All my stretching time is real “under tension” time, not including rest between sets and re-positioning my hand ect. For example today’s 28 minutes of stretching probably took 35-45 minutes to complete.

I will be taking a rest day tomorrow as I have been 5 days on!

I know the grip pain issue. If you haven’t already, try using a piece of toilet paper around the glans ridge to give you better grip. Also give your hands time to improve, it’s kind of a micro workout after all.

Nice base girth, and may the gains be with you!

Thank you for the input, it is much appreciated. That little chunk of meat between my thumb and index finger is so sore haha. But like you said, that will improve with time and get stronger.

It’s funny I have never liked stretches during my couple years of on & off. But now I love them & actually look forward to it. Good luck mate.

Day 06 - 16/04/19
Rest

Day off today to not only rest my penis but my hands haha. I will most likely be following either a 5 on 2 off schedule or 6 on 1 off schedule. But for now, I need rest. Not saying that I have gained at all, but my flaccid is longer and more plump. Also I’m located in Australia in case anyone was curious about the upload times and how the dates are around the other way :) .

For stretching straight down, sit down then use a reverse ok grip with your strongest hand just under glans and extend your arm to full lock as in fully extended. Then use your other arm just underneath the first grip to support your other arm also fully extended. Then you can bend your back down as in keeping your lower body still and bowing to the floor while still locked to increase the stretch as needed. I find a good intense lower stretch doing this and the natural locking of wrists and arms/elbows helps for fatigue, this puts most of the work on the shoulders

Thanks for the advice mate. It would certainly be better on the shoulders than on the wrists haha. I mostly do what you said except for locking out my arms, so I think that’s causing my issues.

I’m sitting at work thinking about PE and just looking on the forums haha. Rest days are hell when you hit a patch of high motivation. But I guess its for the best. Will be back at it tomorrow morning at 6am :) .

This is true for me as well. Unfortunately it is sometimes easier to spoil a rest day than to take it. Rest is definitely important.

Thanks for the input. I had a quick look at your log.. nice gains man. So you gained about 0.75” from a penis extended.. is that right?

Jelqing and extender. But I’ve got time in pumping and clamping, so to some degree those things also factor in.
