I finally stuck with the 2 days off in a row & feel great. Penis feels 100% and ready for the next 5 days on. Also my penis felt more plump and full (thicker) after the 2 days off. Will try to continue with this strategy unless something pops up.

As for measuring guys, I might continue this next 5 days on and measure after my next two rest days (forgot to do it today before starting).

Just had a quick measure & here are the results.

Starting BPEL 5.8” Current BPEL 6.0” - 6.1” (I measured a few times and hovered between both numbers.

I did not measure my girth yet as that is just a extra bonus to me along the way.
I’m pretty happy with the results of 0.2” - 0.3” in a month & am definitely motivated to keep going. I know it will slow down quite a bit but aiming for 7” BPEL over the long run.

I’m still only stretching straight downwards and don’t see any imbalances occurring, so I will continue with it. Every 10-12 days my unit looks a little bigger so hoping it continues haha! I’ve been upping the jelqing more, but might keep it at that for a while and try and get the stretching back up to 30 mins/day.

Yeah definitely notice my unit comes back feeling replenished and looking more full after a rest day. I have too much going on this Saturday so will need to take another day off (which will be 3 on 1 off, instead of my 5 on 2 off goal).

I will be measuring again around the 60 day mark! So hopefully I have made more gains. But from what I can tell visually, I haven’t gained like I did in the first Month (newbie gains to the new routine).

Hey guys, I haven’t stopped doing PE & have been keeping consistent with it all. I have been averaging about 30 Minutes of stretching per day & 15-17 Minutes of jelqing per day (on my workout days, 3 on 1 off). My results are great so far. My starting BPEL was 5.8” & now on Day 77, I measured at 6.3” BPEL!
0.5” gain in less than 3 months. I will admit it is a lot of work, but worth it at the moment (probably takes me about 1 Hour per day including little rests between stretching).
