Time to Grow!

I’m on track for a good day today. It’s only 10:45am here & I have nearly matched all my previous workouts. Feeling motivated :)

Had a good day today PE wise. Penis was definitely to nackered by the end and didn’t want to risk it. Got in my highest stretch time so far, but it took me about 50 minutes to complete due to having quick rests between sets and re-positioning hands ect. I’m kind of a “more is more” guy, so I will be working up to decent sized workouts. I’m into bodybuilding as well and from everything in life the more you put in the more you get out (just my opinion).

Another good day down. I am splitting up the stretching abit throughout the day, as it takes about 45 minutes in the morning if I did it all at once. This morning knocked out 15 minutes, then 7 minutes throughout work when I go to the bathroom & another 8 minutes before bed. All timed with my watch and not including rest.

Looking forward to tomorrow. Definitely feeling a little sore.

Didn’t feel as motivated today, but still got some decent amount in. Might take a day off tomorrow because my penis felt pretty sore.. but we will see. I really want to aim for 5 on 1 off or something like that.

Day 10 was a average kind of day and only nocked out 20 minutes of stretching. Today was a bit better & added the Jelqing back in. Definitely notice a more plump & larger flaccid when the jelqs are in the routine. Im looking forward to day 30-ish to have a measure.. even if I can gain 0.1” I will be ecstatic! As far as outside of PE, did a 11km walk today and went to the gym for 1.5-2hrs.

Most likely will have a rest day tomorrow & maybe another one after that depending on how I feel. Thinking 5 on 2 off.

Day off today & it was much needed haha. Let’s put it this way.. all males are masters of their own cock. For example looking at it today while jerking off I noticed my penis is a little bit longer (just a tiny bit). Also I guess most of us that Pe get hard everyday, so we normally see visual gains before ruler gains. I was lacking motivation the last couple of days, but after today my motivation is back up at a all time high.

I had a good day today Pe wise and business wise. All my stretching is done downwards by the way, as I feel the stretch a lot more on my ligaments and I have read a few threads saying upward stretching is pretty useless. Jelqing is going great at the moment as well.. I feel like I can have a very effective workout in 12 minutes with the Jelqing (plump and full afterwards).
I will of course increase this duration as I move forward, but hoping to gain on as little as possible. I don’t want to end up having to do 90 minutes + a day of PE.

My big goal would be 7” BPEL, so let’s hope I can gain 1.2” in length over a year.

It feels like it has been a lot longer than 16 days of consistent pe 😂. Just a quick update as I have been busy with work but am still getting my routine in. Today my penis felt a little tired I think and it was harder for me to stretch for some reason so only ended up doing 20 minutes of stretching. I will pay attention to my PI’s in the morning to see if I am going to take the day off or not. This little cycle has been 4 days in a row at the moment, and hoping to push for 5 on 1 off.

Damn mate, have you tried out P.E consistently before? I just started as well and my time allocated for each workout is a lot lower compared to yours( 6-7 minutes each for stretching and jelqing on Day 7). Are you having good P.I’s with the amount of time and days per week (5 on 2 off)? Just want to know as I’ve been trying to stay on the safe side before ramping off the amount of time.

Hey mate,
Yes I have done PE on and off for years but was never really consistent. At one stage I got up to like 45-60 minutes a day of jelqing & have done up to 1hr a day of clamping. As for my PI’s they have been really good, (except for the last day or two) so I might need to take a day or two off. As far as all the research I have done over the years is that the guys that put in the most hours generally gain the most & at a quicker time frame.

I’m still going at it guys. Some days I am just a bit busy to upload to the forum but will at least check in 1-2x/week to post. I keep a note folder on my phone to keep track of all my PEing so I don’t lose track. I haven’t been following the schedule as far as rest days go (was aiming for 5 on 2 off) & need to include 2 rest days in a row as I think it’s catching up to me.

Had a lighter day & am listening to my PI’s. I also will be having a rest day tomorrow (today now). Penis looks a bit red and sore haha.. plus feels sore, so I will log back and update everyone on the 3rd of May.
Only about 8-9 days until I hit up my first measurement day. Wish me luck :)

Same old stuff guys, stretch & jelq. Sometimes a bit of edging & ULI’s.. but not much. I feel like I’m a little thicker (probably from the jelqing because I haven’t done them in a year or two) but it could just be my mind. I am mostly doing wet jelqing for about 2-3 minutes then the moisturiser rubs into my skin and then I continue with dry jelqing for 1 minute. Then I re-apply more moisturiser and keep repeating until I reach the minutes I want to do.
