mostly manual stretching, dry jelquing when I get a minute.

I pull almost every day maybe 10 minutes twice a day, sometimes more, often less.

hang anywhere from 0 to 3 times a week… 10 lbs., I shoot for 3 sets of 15 minutes but often settle for one or two.

I’m constantly studying my limiting factors, and find manual stretching more versatile to “divide and conquer”.

What the hell do I know? I still have a small dick!

Aug 2011: smaller. My recommendation? Don't quit PE for 5 years and gain 50 lbs. Sept 2011 FL: 3" NBPEL: 5.5" BPEL: 6.5" BPFSL 7.75"
