I have been doing p.e. Fairly consistently for 6-7 months now without taking any pictures or keeping real track of my measurements. I guess that changes today.
When I first started p.e. I remember measuring and seeing just under 7” BPEL (I don’t know what my girth was but, I’d say 4.75” mseg if not a tad more). Today I am sitting at 8” BPEL and 5.25 mseg.

I started out using the x4 labs stretcher for up to 8 hours a day 5+ days a week for 2 months and gained over .5 inches.

I took a break for a month or so and resumed with strictly manual stretching (every direction) for at least an hour a day.

As of now I manual stretch for 2 hours (v-stretches and pulling in every direction for 2-5 minutes at a time) Wear the esl40 for another 2 hours (taking a short break after the first hour for circulation) then use my bathmate hydromax (with the vacuvin mod) for 4 5 min sessions with 20 jelqs in between each 5 days on 2 days off.

I also take l-argenine, ginko biloba, b12, zinc, green tea, flax seed oil, omega 3, l-carnatine, vitamin e, magnesium, glutamine, and xtenze max strength everyday.

My goal is 9.25+ BPEL x 5.75 mseg.

I feel like I’ve hit a plateau so hopefully finally posting (after years of just reading these forums) will help me figure out what to do next and keep on track.

Why did you stop wearing the extender? A 0.50” gain in two months is incredible, if something worked that well for me I would just ride that train to the end of the rainbow. It also makes sense given that your current goals call for another inch of length.

My roommate at the time had been going through my things and threw it away, or took it, when he found it.
I would definitely still be using it if that hadn’t happened ha
I just can’t bring myself to spend the money again.

2 hours stretching every day? Thats a lot bro. I stretch for 1 hour every day with great results.

I dont know about the bathmate, i think that you are doing too much. The 20 jelqs are nice but i would drop the bathmate.
Care not to overtrain.

I’ve been thinking I manual stretch a little much based on the stalling of gains.

My dick feels very fatigued all of the time, but I eat a lot, I eat healthy, I workout daily, and take vitamins for bloodflow/recovery so I dnno.
I may switch to an hour of manuals and keep everything else the same or do 2 on 1 off so I can fully recover after each session.

I have seen too great of benefits with bathmate to give it up xD
