I’ve been doing a 5-10 min warm up while the bath fills up and doing some light stretches to gain an erection. Then my first set is 3-5 min and I don’t pump it to full pressure. Maybe half or so. After that first set I wait 1-2 min and again do light stretches. My next two sets are normally 5 min or so each at full pressure. When I first started out I would try and go longer and I was getting the donut effect. This seems to be the perfect routine for me and I’m not seeing any ill side effects. Bathmate recommends 3 - 5min sets once every 24 hours so I’m close to what they recommend. I like the first set shorter and not full pressure cause just like when working out it’s best not to go full weight right away cause it’s a good way to cause injuries.
