The Outsider's Routine

It varies, as I’m trying a number of different things to get the feel for the effectiveness of any given individual approach so that I might be better able to combine them to maximum effect in the future. I am currently using specific supplements, along with manual exercises and pumping, though the pumping is mainly in preparation for something else which will also use the pump but involves a slightly different approach. In the very near future, I will begin a clamping routine, and I’m going to test a Ball Zinger as well. I will also be attempting unusual methods, including heretofore untested supplements such as Comfrey, infrared heating for residual stretch, sustained 3D tension, Androgen receptor stimulation, and so on…
