The purpose of this log is document starting stats, progress, and methods for me to reflect on as needed. Others are invited to provide comments, constructive criticism or theories of their own.
Note: the methods herein used are not for beginners or those without a substantial amount of PE experience, and requires a fundamental understanding of your own bodies responses to the stresses placed upon it garnered through other physical exercises such as weight lifting.
Target Focus is currently increasing MEG and flaccid hang with secondary focus on eliminating pelvic floor dysfunction in hopes of increasing glans engorgement.
I initially restarted PE because my EQ was very low and my flaccid hang had decreased due to a medication I am on. My routine currently consists of pumping, jelqing, and myofascial release.
