The purpose of this log is document starting stats, progress, and methods for me to reflect on as needed. Others are invited to provide comments, constructive criticism or theories of their own.

Note: the methods herein used are not for beginners or those without a substantial amount of PE experience, and requires a fundamental understanding of your own bodies responses to the stresses placed upon it garnered through other physical exercises such as weight lifting.

Starting stats:
01/01/2018
NBPEL:6.4375in
BEG:5.5in
MSG:4.625in

Current stats:
02/02/2018
NBPEL:6.875in
BEG:6in
MEG:5.1875

Target Focus is currently increasing MEG and flaccid hang with secondary focus on eliminating pelvic floor dysfunction in hopes of increasing glans engorgement.

I initially restarted PE because my EQ was very low and my flaccid hang had decreased due to a medication I am on. My routine currently consists of pumping, jelqing, and myofascial release.

Best of luck on your journey, you seem to have some crazy gains in your first month, hope it will stay like that for many many more !

Good luck.

English is not my native language so please disregard any mistakes. Starting stats 16.11.2017.

BPEL: 15.5 cm 6.1 In

MEG: 14.8 cm 5.8 In

I think it’s fitting that my first post in this thread should be addressed to those who have put serious time effort and energy into understanding the many aspects that go into PE for the betterment of this forum and it’s members.

To Marinaria, Xeno, Modesto_Man, Avocet8, BeardedDragon, ThoughtfulGold, Titelist, Firegoat, gprent, that one guy who is a cardiologist or similar, sparkyx, Big Girtha, and the countless others whose name I can’t remember off the top of my head but know your avatar: thank you for transforming PE into something more than just playing with your dick hoping it will grow.

To everyone else: if you have not read through any of the aforementioned members more significant posts and threads I suggest you do so as they are very enlightening and can help you adjust routines and exercises to fit your specific situations.

Thank you, and to you as well! Much of my “gains” thus far are simply a restoration of my EQ to higher levels, such as my NBPEL. My current BEG and MEG are only .25 and .1875 actual measured gains beyond EQ improvements.

Myofascial release is both novel and useful in theory and practice for most members. As of 2018 it is the most poignant thing I’ve learned this year. I can’t wait to implement it when I start back at PE.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6" MSEG as of 12/16/2016 This is my story...and a few progress pics of me here.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also my new PE4F project.

Give me your Aston Martin for a couple of days.

Warmup:
10 mins of semi-erect jelqing combined with edging
7 mins of pumping at 5inHG with an increase to 10inHg for 10 seconds before returning to 5in-Hg every 2 mins.
Working Set:
30 mins continuous: first 5 mins spent at 5in-Hg, next 10 spent at 6in-HG, next 10 spent at 7in-Hg, final 5 spent at 5inHg.

Notes: very good expansion throughout this set and maintained an erection the entire time except for around a 2 minute period during the 6in-Hg phase. During the final 15 minutes my erection was increasing in hardness then expanding more as a result, so pressure kept slightly lowering. Measured a 6in MEG out of the tube while erect, which felt like a substantial amount of penis in my hand so it was easy to tell why most women prefer girth.

I don’t have a specific measured goal for my MEG, but 6in may soon be it.

I believe tissue manipulation should be at the core of any PE theory or regimen that address tissue growth and recovery. Through my study of journals and routines used by people who have gained a substantial amount of girth, say 0.5 inches, over a relatively short period of time, say less than 1 year, an underlying theme I’ve discovered is that it is implemented in some form or fashion, whether it’s through jelqing, bends, or devices that apply pressure to more than one area. Myofascial release, in my eyes, is a more focused and sustained version of tissue manipulation that is suited to address both plateaus and tissue abnormalities. I think it should over time help in fixing your curvature.

I will whenever I find where I put the keys for the darn thing. :D

I have had progress. Over the years I’ve put in a lot of time and the skin bridge removal helped. But concentration directly on myofascial release and not the incidental amount that comes from manual exercises is likely more key than a little in my case.

I was going to expand upon my thoughts of why it would help you but I figured you’ve read enough on curves and manipulation to write a book at this point, so I opted not to. But I concur that concentration on it directly is a fundamental key going forward.

Rest day, PIs were positive. Very plump flaccid hang despite the cold weather and being very active at work.

Today was a rest day that started rather interesting. I woke up for work with morning wood which itself is not unusual for me, but it wouldn’t subside. It lasted for over an hour and a half before it subsided and in that time I made sure not to touch it with the exception of tucking it into my waistband at work. This morning wood turned into extended erection thing has happened to me on numerous occasions before, with the longest lasting over 2 hours and being quite painful. I’ve generally found that nicotine and or physical exercise can generally end them, but sometimes neither does anything. From my discussion with friends this sort of extended erection from morning wood has never occurred in any of them.

With that being said, I measured a MEG of 5.4375 which would be a 0.25 inch increase over what I measured two days ago; I’m at a loss to explain such a sudden and large increase. I can only assume that the mini “priapasim” of sorts may be the culprit, as my penis doesn’t seem to be retaining any post pump fluid (last time pumping was over 48 hours ago) and my erection was very solid unlike when there is noticeable fluid retention.

As always, I’m going to refrain until I have repeated measurements to acknowledge the legitimacy of such measurement. If anyone has any comments, theories, or ideas about the morning wood turned into erection or large increase in my measurement I’d love to hear them.

The only constant in life is change, it is how you respond to it that determines who you are.

We fluctuate on a regular basis. I know that girth can fluctuate by .25” and that links can fluctuate up to .5” from day to day depending on temperature, erection strength and other random factors that are not known.

This is why measurements are often taken over the course of 3 days and then measured as an average.

TG,

You’re the voice of reason and logic I wish I had in the back of my head at times. I’m not sure why that thought didn’t occur to me, considering I was measuring to reaffirm my measurement from the 2nd.
