Girth, I command you to grow!
Since my last post I’ve been following a general schedule of either 4 on 3 off or 2 on 1 off 1 on 3 off. My routine has consisted of a mixture of the following: low force long duration pumping sets ala the style advocated by gprent and Titelist; dynamic pumping up to 10inHg with holds from 10-20 seconds at the top of up cycles; incremental pumping with regular drops in pressure as described in the link on post #21; CCC style clamping in short sets <4 mins, 2 sets max followed by moderate intensity pumping set <15 minutes, reminiscent of Xeno’s use of the TT and PE4F pumping. Liberal and constant use of heat regardless of workout type.
I think I will continue my routine until the 13th or 20th then take a decon until final exams are over.

03-26-2018: BPEL: 7.875in MEG: 5.75in Volume: 20.73 cubic inches
Gains to date: BPEL: 0.4375 Inches MEG: 1.125 Inches Volume: 8.06 cubic inches
A 61% increase in volume gives me a remarkable feeling, so I am remarking on it.
The only constant in life is change, it is how you respond to it that determines who you are.
