It is simply a good practice. Otherwise you will start taking outlier measurements and thinking that you’ve had massive gains and then losses. I see it sometimes in progress reports here.

A rest day aside from some edging. Positive PIs and another measurement at MEG of 5.4.

02/06/2018
Warm up with some stretching and edging.
Pumped a continuous set for 25 mins at 5inHG. Expansion was good by the end of the set, measured 6 coming out of the tube.

I’m going to put the measuring tape away for a while and just focus on the journey and not the destination. I have some perspective dates and FWB situations lined up for this week, so it’ll be interesting to see if I can notice a difference in tightness with my increased girth.

PIs have been pretty good overall, hanging very plump when flaccid. Dealing with some dry skin from what I believe is due to skin stretching.

A possible bump in the road to gains has presented itself. I shattered the tip of my non-dominant ring finger in an accident at work yesterday, 02/10. It’ll be interesting to see if repairing the bone impacts recovery in the PE world, though I may reduce the frequency of my pumping if it proves difficult with the splint on my finger.

If anyone has any advice of experience in dealing with bone fractures it is more than welcome and appreciated!

My finger/nail finally stopped bleeding which is comforting and the swelling has reduced considerably so I’ve regained some sensation in the finger. Though it is still swollen larger than my thumb. Waiting for an appointment with an orthopedist to ensure that no other damage occurred and to establish a recovery time table for work.

I pumped for 30 minutes yesterday following a routine that sta-kool linked to in 2009 found here Bagman’s Advanced Pumping Techniques: Effective Time which consists of 5 minutes at 5inHg followed by 30 seconds at 1inHg before raising again to 5inHg. Experienced the best expansion that I’ve encountered thus far in my life; there was no noticeable spongy feeling or discernible fluid retention which leads support to the theory of effective time and fluid restriction. My post pump erection felt like a true erection, hard and firm throughout it’s entirety. This I believe is what gprent has been referring to when he advocates the use of low pressures in conjunction with relatively long duration under pressure. Apparently some of us need to learn the hard way instead of taking sound advice from experienced vets. :shrug:

An accident at work? You mean when you blew up the evil scientists hideout you got hit by some shrapnel? Doesn’t MI5 have good medical cover for double-O agents? ;)

But seriously, sorry about your finger. Bones heal faster with a high calorie diet, rest and general vitamin supplementation including (of course) calcium. Cheese is good, quality real cheese not that plastic yellow crap on junk food.

Our medical is pretty good, but they won’t just give me a new finger!!

I tend to stay in a pretty high caloric range thanks in large part due to my fondness for cheese! I despise the fake cheese slices that come wrapped in plastic, with a fiery passion.

My school lunches were more suitable for uses other than providing nutrition. I wish I had the knowledge I do today of understanding the workings of governments, because I would love to have known how much the company providing the food was paid. I can confidently say the meals I’ve consumed inside jails and prisons during various projects was far more appealing and nutritious, at a far lower cost per meal.

Girth, I command you to grow!

Since my last post I’ve been following a general schedule of either 4 on 3 off or 2 on 1 off 1 on 3 off. My routine has consisted of a mixture of the following: low force long duration pumping sets ala the style advocated by gprent and Titelist; dynamic pumping up to 10inHg with holds from 10-20 seconds at the top of up cycles; incremental pumping with regular drops in pressure as described in the link on post #21; CCC style clamping in short sets <4 mins, 2 sets max followed by moderate intensity pumping set <15 minutes, reminiscent of Xeno’s use of the TT and PE4F pumping. Liberal and constant use of heat regardless of workout type.

I think I will continue my routine until the 13th or 20th then take a decon until final exams are over.

You mentioned in the initial post that you’re already experienced with PE. What were your starting stats?

This is so dang true! I was reflecting on this yesterday when deciding whether should I continue with my routine or ride the euphoric wave of hitting 5.75 into a decon. I realized it was addicting when I started to warm up! Progress and success fuels further progress and successes.

Thank you! I wish the best of success onto you for your journey! Original pre-pe starting stats were 5.9 inches BPEL and 4.5 MEG I don’t have a girth measurement from before I started so it’s an estimate based off similarly sized objects.

When I think about it from an objective point of view, yes I’d classify it as insane! I’d say I have part of the puzzle figured out, the remainder is a conglomerate of ideas and theories that must be sifted through. Your gains are quite admirable!
