Well, I’ve been doing the AM for like 4 weeks (5?) now, 2 of which with the dietary restrictions in place.

It’s difficult to have a high protein vegan diet without soy products… I eat loads of legumes which bloat my stomach until it hurts. It’s hard to do PE in pain, so the frequency of AM rounds has diminished also.

Furthermore my hands are still getting used to the intensity of the exercises, with my right hand carpal tunneling very noticeably. This, too, will subside with time as I know from experience. Hand cramping will get less.

In the gains department… Well I always start with describing EQ changes since they seem the best indicator/precursor of gains even when gains themselves are absent (which, for me, they usually are, lol). EQ has been extremely unsteady. One day I can’t get it up, another day I can’t get it down. It’s really that different, and I haven’t found solid predictors in behaviour on my end. Now to the juicy part, the GAINS?! Nothing conclusive. I hit shared all time length highs every now and then, girth seems unaffected until now, and I see zero change in appearance/veiny-ness or flaccid size or appearance. All in all? I hope the costs precede the benefits, but I’ve got 4 more weeks so I’ll soldier on as always.

So it’s been quite some time since this ‘angion’ concept has been introduced, what is the current consensus? I’ve kept track here and went through the whole 150 pages of the main thread, but I’m still curious as to how much of the gains are actual gains and not improvements of EQ (Okay, any size-increase is a gain but I think you understand the distinction I’m hinting at).

Has anyone seen real noticeable gains from this method? Not just from EQ.

I’ve been doing AM for a few weeks, now. Today I came in at 7.875 x 5. Not sure if permanent but I am happy. Btw, I pump (been doing it for a yr), jelq and do AM. I think these gains are from a better EQ, thanks to AM, because my unit looks almost as big when I was in my late teens and early 20s. I never measured back then but I think I was about 8 x 5 but as I aged my EQ went down slowly.

One last thing, I have never able to maintain an erection while sitting until today.

As time goes on, I will post another update.

I’m going to say this, and it’s not about any specific post(s), but if you claim gains and don’t want to post a picture, that’s cool. That’s your business and not everyone wants pictures of their dick on the web. But if you’re claiming gains, and posting a picture, post a properly measured ruler picture. This “I feel like I’ve gained an eighth, or a quarter, or an inch, type of shit has to stop.

Since I am not stupid, I am responding.

I did measure. I have no need to lie… only a fool lies and I am no fool nor will I be challenged on my post, that is inappropiate. Believe what you want, I really could care less. These are my gains and I am happy to share any level of success to motivate my brothers.

With that said, after measuring, I grabbed my phone and, like it always does, it shrunk down by 0.125, so no pic this time. See my progress thread, I always show measurements when I can or remember.

Btw, faking measurements is easy to do so just because the pic shows a ruler that doesn’t mean it is accurate. Have a little faith that most of us don’t lie and we are trying to help each other.

Lol, the process of trying to get a picture can be absolutely ridiculous sometimes! My penis is also camera shy. I am a big fan of the AM. After I spent a month committed to just the AM I was pleasantly surprised at how easily my cock strapped into my extender after having not worn it for some 30+ days.

I am certain that I will at some point commit another month or so just to the AM. However, I am not convinced that the benefits are really just from me holding a rock hard erection and basically edging for two 30 minute sessions every day.

It’s interesting that mostIy 110% erections fade when you try to Photograph them, but occasionaIIy you get such a persistant erection that nothing effects it. I’m wondering if they’re Iike UFOs in that regard.

My Progress With All Of This So Far.

Hey guys, I’m new here but thank you for all your indispensable amounts of information. Cheers to all of you. But I’d like to share my progress with this method that I’ve been cycling with other methods. I do a every other day routine, one day is a lite to medium pump day, the next is jelqing and stretches, then the third day is stretching and the angion method. So far in the last month or so I’ve gained a little over an inch in length from my pre starting PE measurements to now. I do those three days then two days rest and on those rest days I massage the shaft and balls for testosterone release. So far I like this and I’m also seeing a huge increase in my erection quality which was my main reason for coming here since I noticed I was having difficulty “rising to the occasion” with my new girl. But all of this has helped immensely. One final thing I noticed this morning is that I’m now seeing veins along the area that you do the angion method with which is amazing. And I’m not sure if this helps but I eat healthy(mostly a lite keto diet), and go to the gym 5 days a week doing HIIT and heavy weight training(over the last 4 years or so I’ve went from 400 pounds to 246, my goal is 200). So there you have it. Thank you for everything all of you do here in this community.

Today I was able to snap a pic after one AM set. All I could grab was my tailor’s tape… but better than nothing.

Off to some more AM and then pumping.

All right folks, here’s an update.

This is week 9 of the AM for me, using only the burst expansion and pyrmid rush. I’m probably doing 3 of each 4 times per week on average with a lot of edging.

During 4 or 5 of these weeks I’ve eaten pretty much the required diet, high in protein, caloric excess, vegan very low salt no sugar etc. I’ve been going to the gym 3 times per week steadily, about 1.5 hours of resistance and half an hour of cardio.

Results? None so far. No change in EQ. Infrequent morning wood. No gains. I’ll continue this week and the next, then I’ll go on a month of no PE whatsoever, also dropping the diet for that month (vacation).

Perhaps the gains will come during this decon. If not then I’ll try oscillatoring or whatever as an addition to a classical manual routine, followed by a few months of pumping. I’m probably going to cross the AM off as being useless for me.
