Hey TGirl, In addition Id say, if it’s just for the camera, go for length rather than girth, or at least prioritise length. A longer, thinner penis will look longer on camera than a penis of the same length that has proportional girth. In other words, on camera, longer penis’ look bigger than proportionally sized penis’

I’d suggest the newbie routine and some extender use. The size genetics extender is a good choice:

There’s another type of extender that the guys here seem to recommend, but I don’t use it so can’t really speak as to its effectiveness.

And, I guess, yeah: unless you get as far as clamping, you probably don’t really need to worry about IPR protocol, but if you get to a point where you think you might be practising PE long-term it would probably be a good idea to make a start on the reading, as there’s a lot of it and it’s not really very clearly written in some cases. Maybe by the time, and if, you reach that point, things would have been revised a little more thoroughly, but, who knows.

Um, it literally would fluctuate from 0-100% during the session, but mostly stayed within the 40-70% range.

I could be wrong but I think that’s probably pretty common. I think it’s one of those things you get used to. For me it’s just a case of waiting for the erection to subside. Maybe just put your mind on other non-sexy things, like paying bills, to get your erection level to drop a bit. Conversely if it goes totally flaccid use imagination, porn or light physical stimulation to get things moving again.

Also, it helps to watch out for signs that things are working. These vary from person to person but what I find is that I get a stippling at the glans, where the internal pressure is acting on it. Kind of like tiny little bumps all over it. For me that’s a positive Physical indicator that things are working. There’s a thread that helps explain physiological indicators here: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

PI’s can help you to "fly blind" as it were. :)

Edit: Also, Little Engine, I’m surprised at you: don’t you know that you shouldn’t ask a lady to describe her erections ;)

Working between the 40-70% range is not so bad, obviously tightening up the fluctuations and gaining a consistent 70-80% is more ideal. Obviously as you drop below 70% you are going to want to immediately begin to correct the drop in EQ.

Edging might help you with erection control, the AM I believe has some movements within it that can support your efforts here.

Growing Your Own Blood Vessels

I would prefer to tune down my erection throughout a set, say from 100% back down to 75%; than to have to tune it back up say from 40% or lower, back to 75%. Erection control through practicing edging might help your efforts here.

I didn’t realise erection level / erection control could be such a problem. Maybe that’s why I didn’t think it warranted looking into. I guess we’re all different.

As for the Angion Method, I’m not sure how good it is for erection control, but I, and I know many other people on the forum, don’t believe for a second that it’s effective for growing blood vessels.

I personally think it’s complete pseudoscience and that the effects are placebo. I don’t think there’s any way that level of stress would create development of blood vessels. I just really believe that it’s totally misleading.

Didn’t even do my exercises today. Combination of depression, driving 8 hours, and my plans to see my girlfriend completely falling apart just left me so exhausted I didn’t have the energy to do anything.

Should I just go right back into it or still take the extra rest day and continue as normal?

Up to you. There’s nothing stopping you doing it tomorrow, if you feel like it, just as long as you’ve given your tissues an opportunity to recover.

As long as there’s one day’s break in between you should be fine.

I think the AM is an option relative to someone exploring improving their EQ naturally. Not growing blood vessels, not an absolute for EQ either. It’s an available option to explore.
