I sometimes warm up with a clay based hot/cold pad that I heat up in the microwave; sometimes in the shower; sometimes with lazy ass stretches; sometimes no warm up.

15 minutes of manual stretching: regular all ways including between the cheeks and a stretches; and bundled BTC, bundled Mandingo (the most intense!) and bundled LAS (also super intense)

15-30 minutes of jelqing, dry jelqing or power jelqing

I occasionally hang 5 golf weights. This has helped my flaccid stats tremendously!
