I haven’t recorded a girth gain, but I know for certain I have gained.

I learned two methods at the start, Slapping and Helicopter, these two methods during your Jelq instill blood flow. To slap, slap your Jimmy by holding him and slapping your own body with him. Don’t smack your penis like you would someone’s face like punching-slapping. Slap it like a sexual slap. Two, Helicopter. Grab, and Rotate in Helicopter rotations, working these two methods throughout the Jelq. If you don’t know the Jelq technique, OK-grip the base and push blood to the head, I stop at the head, others follow through entirely. There’s no specific time clock, but on average, I will Jelq 20 to 40 minutes.

Days you are not Jelqing, rejuvenate the same way you would athletically or were bodybuilding.

More on technique; upon jelqing, at the end of each stroke, stretch outward as to elongate.

I really like the layout, simply easy to digest data with regards to technique. Intensity and risk factors included, which is nice.

Pictures could be a smidge bigger/clearer, however.

Gained that much just from jelqing like 5 days a week? Interesting. No stretches?

I would just jelq but in 5 min I don’t see the blood flowing. So I do some ullis and continue jelqing after it has been expanded from ullis. Now I’m on a break since I feel is toughen up

Kou .. During jelq, grab the base and then rotate in a swinging motion. Think of taking. Your shirt off and twisting it around your head like a.helicopter.

Quim.. I stretch during the jelq. Pull at the end of. Your repition. Yeah I pretty much put on .5inch each 2 and a half months of time.

Rejuvinate with water. Be mentally in tune with your health.
