Hi everyone, I just started doing PE on October 1st 2014. Starting at NBPEL of 5.0 and EG of 5.2. I have been following bennett8 manual stretching routine 7 days a week and 200 wet jelqs everynight. I am now at 5.25 NBPEL and 5.35 EG. This has been huge progress for me but I have some including: is it normal that my morning wood and EQ has gone down from the stretching? And will turtling stop gains?

Those 3 things are signs that you are going overboard and causing some injury. Take a couple of days off and when you start again, use a little more moderation.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Ah I was doing so good. I actually just added jelqing to my routine and I do have morning wood now 1/2 mornings so I’m not sure what that means

Stretch work without jelqs tends to lower EQ actually. You shouldn’t get turtling too often at this point anyway, so if you get it apply less force when stretching.
