Success at last, but I need more!

I will start my first official Progress Report today, after a weekend of sex and success.
I have been on Thunders for some time now, and have learned a lot and taken part in conversations on the forum,
If i have taken anything away from my time on Thunder’s it is that heat is very important, as is consistent work.
My all day heating method may be unconventional, but I have noticed permanent gains two separate times since I have began. PE works, you just need to stick to it, and find your own groove. Learn what your body and dick are telling you.

My method is as follows; start the day with a nice and hot shower and do various stretches in all directions, about 5-10 minutes of this. Get a good hang going for the day to follow.

Next step is to find my trusty box of hand-warmers, and get one of those hot. I use the disposable environmentally friendly ‘hot-hands’ small hand warmers. I slip one of those in my pants right on top of my unit, or even at the base of the shaft.
Now there are a few ways the next step can go, depending on how often you have a chance to take a bathroom break at work. I use ‘pre-wrap’ or ‘sports-wrap’ to act as a thin layer between my skin and the warmer, they can get hot as hell. Some days you will get a bum warmer, and it is fine to just have it loose in your boxers. Especially if they are boxer briefs, or kind of tight. They should hold it in place pretty well. This wrap doubles in use ensure that the warmer stays in place all day, and doesn’t fall out of your pants leg if you are moving around. That is fun to explain to co-workers.

With your warmer in place, however it may be, you can walk around and work like nothing is happening. But covertly you are applying constant heat to your unit, to ensure elasticity and flexibility before you stretch. The key to this method is staying hydrated and drinking lots of water at work ALWAYS. Even when not doing PE, this will ensure your co-workers that you are actually pissing and not just going to the bathroom all the time for no reason.

So when it comes time to piss, you have a nice and warm elastic and flexible dick to stretch and work for a few minutes before going back to the grind. This type of time-frame isn’t ideal, but it is what I have had to work with. I try to get in a nice, and tough stretch, without going too hard. After the quick stretch, wrap the unit back up, and get your warmer in place and just like that, you are back to work. Remember if done correctly, you could potentially be in the bathroom stretching multiple times a day, it just depends on the amount of water you intake. Multiple small stretching sessions a day, with heat being applied consistently throughout that process, just spells success.

Now I haven’t broken any records, that is for sure. BUT I have had the ruler out and confirmed my gains, not much, but enough. I have gotten the best kind of feedback possible, which was from the mouth of my girlfriend. Before, during, and after sex. Before sex she just said it looked bigger as she took it in her mouth, as I was sliding in she grimaced, no remark though, and while I was fucking her she was in utter disbelief. She could barely say the words “Oh my god, did your dick get bigger?”
She wouldn’t let me fuck her doggy anymore after the first few strokes, she just turned over and said, “You need to stretch me out first.” I gladly obliged. But man, it didn’t last long after her telling me that. Talk about a turn on, and an ego boost.
After sex, she kept saying, that it definitely got bigger and that it better not grow anymore. I mean I am not a huge dick dude, but she is a short girl at 5’2”, so maybe that transfers to vaginal depth? Who knows. All that I know is that if you do what I explained above for AT LEAST 3 weeks….you will see impressive gains. Gains that I DID NOT get from the newbie routine. Even though my method is just as easy, and not too hardcore. I will (maybe?) post pics later, but I am not going to measure for another 2 weeks yet, so hopefully there is a drastic difference from my last picture to the next. You just need consistency guys that is all.

Constant heat expansion is probably very good for recovery to maximize the growth you’re inducing from the stretches, maybe I’ll have to invest in a more constant heat application method..

I was just over 6” BPEL at the very start of my PE career last year, I can shoot high and say 6.25” BPEL beginning length. Right now I am at 6.75” BPEL, not huge gains, but visible, and I guess “feelable” for my girlfriend. I am not super concerned with girth, as I am at 5.3” but if that grows too I will not be upset.

Hoping to get over 7” soon… getting closer and closer.
