35 to 40 min. manual stretches
I mix these up. 5 SD’s, 1 minute stretch, massage 30 seconds, etc. 5 SO’s, 1 minute stretch, massage 30 seconds, etc. 8 1 minute stretches alternating right/left, 30 second massage inbetween each. 5 more SD’s then 5 more SO’s.

20 min. wet Jelq and Uli squeezes
200 jelq at 80% erect(varying intensity, regular and power jelq) then build erection and perform 5 Uli squeezes(manually).
100 more jelq’s followed by another 5 Uli’s
100 more jelq’s followed by another 5 Uli’s
