Ok, so are we suppose to stretch from the pubic bone or medically put “the suspensory ligament’s”? I recently was confused and posted a question about why I received no progress from the exercises. So I looked back on my first two weeks and remembered that I didn’t really apply any force or resistance feel from the root or the suspensory ligs. I was just stretching my penis out and not as a whole unit. I had this epiphany as I looked at the stretch video on here as it said “to ease into the stretch” any opinions?

Stretching the whole thing is VERY important. I gained a whole inch in a few weeks, just by doing the Mandingo stretch and pulling the streches from all angles. I warm up with an infrared jade stone heating pad which makes the gains come faster. Also your room should be hot. The manual stretches I do are 30-60 sec 3 sets each angle and that’s it. I jelq for only 10 min, then edge for however long I can. I heat up again 10-20 min. I put on the extender on light tension and then I meditate or nap for an. Hour so it can heal in an elongated state. I got results soo fast. I’m now taking a deconditioning break. You should try this routine. Less is better my friend.

Ok cool. That motivates me to stretch longer and apply more force. Now, when I warmup, am I suppose to be completely flaccid or just semi erect? I usually do my warm ups until its a flaccid but still have blood flow.”

Try Flaccid and semi erect. Begin with flaccid. I did both. But semi erect gets annoying. Also I messed up my skin because of squeezing too hard, now I have spots on my penis.

I usually stretch towards the end of my warmup routine. I do them sitting down with my knees bent up and leaning back. I grab just behind glans. I pull straight down, then reach behind my left leg, using it kind of as a fulcrum, then I reach around my right leg, doing the same thing, then I pull straight up towards my belly button, then I kind of twirl it around in a circle with tension on it. Rinse, repeat.

You should feel it in your ligs a bit. If you’re not, try a different angle. Don’t just pull harder at first, test each and every angle you can dream up before you up the strength of your pull, as you could pull a ligament.
