Stinkhorn's Routine

Depending on the temperature of the room, I may warm up with a hot wet washrag but have found that dipping it in an insulated travel mug of warm water works better. After 30 seconds to a minute of this I doa series of stretches 3 times in to right, 3 to , 3 up and 3 down. My jelqing is with coconut oil and a 50-80% erection, 100 reps with each hand. Between each 100 I soak again in the warm water and reoil with almost each 100. It takes me almost an hour to do 700-1000 repititions. I cool down with a final soak in warm water and a few stretches. I also take 2-4 grams of L-arginine before the work out as this is an important component of tissue repair used after traumatic injuries and surgery. I have had very few instances of purple spotting but my skin does sometimes get raw if I do not use enough oil. I have tried PE off and on over 3 years, but the stats above list the results from being fairly regular with it this year. Besides enlargement, I feel the exercise improves genital circulation overall with aging so that I maintain excellent erections always.
