Hi guys, how are you doing today ? Great I hope.

So today is Day 1 of my PE experience. I apologize if anything I say isn’t always correct as it’s just my personal preferences. Positive criticism is always welcome.

So here goes,

A bit of background first. My BPEL is bang on 6.0 and my MSEG is slightly over 5.5. I know that I am already above the average size penis, however when I measure NBPEL I am only at 5.5, which I don’t like as that’s the bit that the ladies see. I am also uncut, 19 years old and from England; for those wondering.

My first goal is to hopefully transform myself from a grower into a shower, purely as I want to become “that guy” who has a massive bulge. Very egotistical I know but that’s my goal. In terms of erect length/girth I don’t yet know what my goal is, I only know that I don’t want to become overly huge; 7 inches would probably be the max I’d go to.

Anyway, onto my routine. As I’m a total newbie, I am going to start by only jelqing and manual stretches for 10 mins each per session. In a 2 day’s on 1 day off format, if anyone thinks this is too much to begin with then let me know your opinions. My routine is as follows (warm-up is modified for the sake of privacy as most family members are home most of the time):
10 mins warm up in hot shower.
10 mins manual stretching in all direction.
10 mins jelqing or 200 2-3 second jelqs (whichever comes first).
10 mins warm down in shower.

My aim is to follow this routine for 30 days and see what results, if any, I end up with. I will then decide at the end of the 30 days what I will continue with.

I think your actually overdoing it for the first time you need to ease into this . Then later on try to increase the time and intensity .

Do this for about 2 months then move on to a bit advance exercises , the newbie routine will condition your penis to handle the advance exercises .Example:When you learn to ride a bike you first learn to balance and then pedal then you learn other stuff. You can’t just take a bike and pop around a wheelie and drive around on a single wheel without learning to ride the bike on two wheels first. The same applies to PE.

The Newbie Routine

5 minutes hot wrap.
5 minutes manual stretch (2 sets of 30-second stretches in 5 directions).Simple Manual Stretches Video
10 minutes of jelq (one hundred 3-second strokes).Wet Jelq Video
5 minutes hot wrap.
50 kegels of five second holds each.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Point taken Alivegeta, I was worried I was overdoing the jelqing a bit. However, even though I said 200 jelqs in my routine, I usually don’t get over 100 as I my member gets fully erect a lot so I have to wait for it to subside before continuing. Also, I am curious as to why you have reduced the warm up/warm down to 5 minutes instead of 10 ? After research, I assumed the longer the warm up the better ? Is this wrong, I would greatly appreciate it if you could elaborate.

Day 3

Not much to update today, but I forced myself to post for the sake of staying on track.

Today is a rest day, although I do feel sad that I have to withhold from any PE. Can’t wait to get back at it tomorrow.

If you want to warm up for 10 minutes its OK you can go ahead . I didnt come up with that routine so i gave you the newbie routine as written over here.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Day 4

So glad I could get back at it today :)

Was on a 6am - 1pm shift at work today so had to wait a while to PE, made it all the more fun.

Made a change to my routine, reducing stretching time from 10 to 5 minutes. This was because my member felt like it was aching a little too much after my last session prior to this morning. So with that said, I followed this routine:

10 minutes shower warm up
5 minutes stretching - all directions 30 seconds each
10 minutes jelqing - alternating hands every 2.5 minutes, then swapping from normal grip to overhand grip at the halfway mark
10 minute warm down in shower

Have to say that I LOVE the way my member looks right after my workout. It feels so much heavier and more full; this said, I couldn’t resist a quick measure. Turns out that post-workout my flaccid girth increased to 4 inches and flaccid length increased to 4 inches also. If these stats become permanent at the end of my 30 day experiment, I will be a happy happy man.

One last point, to save people’s breath. I know that the feelings described above only last for a few hours - I’m just way too excited that PE has this much of an effect :)

Day 4 Hiccup

Just thought I’d mention this for any of you guys wanting to jelq in the shower.. DON’T !!

Due to privacy issues in my house and the fact that I haven’t been able to go out and get lube, I needed to find another way to wet jelq. Also, as I warmup in the shower, I thought why not research whether conditioner can be used as lube. I read multiple stories of people who had had success with this so I gave it a shot. Day 1 was not an issue, however after my sessions today (day 4) and day 3, I have felt a mild ache around my urethra. Upon closer inspection today I found the opening to be a little swollen and the surrounding area red. I put this down to a reaction to the conditioner I used.

It has gone away completely after about 2 hours, I just kept my fluid intake high (water, tea etc.) and everything seems okay.

For tomorrow, I will probably change to a shorter period of dry jelqs until I purchase some lube in the near future to continue my wet jelqs.

Just food for thought if anyone has had a similar idea about shampoo/conditioner. I say stay away.

Day 5

Hey all, me again.

Quick daily update just to stay on track.

Slightly different routine today due to circumstances that happened yesterday (explained above), it is as follows:

10 minute warm up in shower
10 minutes dry jelqing (5 mins overhand/ 5 mins normal grip)
5 minutes manual stretching
10 minute shower warm down

As I have switched over to dry jelqing temporarily, I decided to slow decrease the number of reps/jelqs I did; whilst really focusing on the grip I used. After some research last night I decided to use a slightly lighter grip, but hold for 3-4 seconds instead of 2-3. This was because yesterday, I felt that the head of my penis was going to explode from too much force.

In addition to this, I chose to do my stretches second because my member was already fatigued from jelqing so wouldn’t get beyond 50% erect. This has been a previous problem for me as I would usually get to about 90% erect; plus I’ve read that you should never stretch an erect penis.

Overall, happy with this session today as my member still felt well worked afterwards.

If you would like to jelq in the shower I suggest buying a moisturizing body wash. That stuff is made to be put on your member

Goal (short term): 7.5" x 5.5" Goal (long term): 8" x 6"

Now: BPEL 8.5" EG 5.9" New Goal: BPEL 9"+ EG 6"+

Today marks my second rest day, sadly :P

Also, just a quick question. Does anyone else out there have this problem of you d*ck hanging to one side when flaccid ? Mine seems to hang/curve to the left, however when erect there is no curve/bend. Is this something to worry about ? And should I look into curing it somehow ?

Yea mine does go to the left a bit when it’s flaccid, this is because of the ligs.

One ligament is a bit longer and the other is a bit shorter .

Solution: Long term stretching = As you do PE this will eventually even out with stretching but it will take time.
