I thought it was about time I started a log of some sort, today marks the start of my 4th year of consistent PE and so far my gains have been zero !
The only permanent changes I’ve observed so far are regrowth of some foreskin and a general overall darkening neither of which I wanted.

My history with PE goes back a long way to at least 1986 when I built a pump and first learned about jelqing, over the intervening years I’ve had a couple of attempts for a month or two at a time but never consistently and mostly in total ignorance of what I was doing.
I’ll write up more of my history at a later date.

Anyway as of the start of 2010 finding myself with the time and privacy at last I have been PEing consistently !

Here’s how it went.

First 3 to 4 months newbie routine.

From about April 2010 started air pumping as per pumping 101.

November 2010 switched to water pumping.

March 2011 started daily extender use 4 or 5hrs a day.

June 2011 back to water pumping at much less pressure than before.

September 2011 started clamping.

February 2012 back to water pumping following Sparkys advice on PIs and EQ

So that’s been me since February, pumping 5 or 6 days a week at low pressure slowly adding time and monitoring EQ.
For the last month I’ve been up to every day @ 45mins with great EQ no negative PIs and no gains either !

There’s a lot of detail missing from the above and the dates are approximate but it’s near enough what I’ve done so at this point I’m asking WTF am I doing wrong LOL

I’m way past being angry or depressed about this, I just want to figure it out !
Despite my lack of progress I enjoy PE, I enjoy the challenge and I enjoy the forum. I’ve learned a huge amount and had a laugh, all good.

My original goal was to gain 1/2” of girth !
That’s it ! not an unreasonable goal by any means so my efforts have mostly been girth based exercises.

I really need a rethink and some good advice but in the meantime I will continue pumping and plan on improving my jelqing technique ( currently doing 5mins as a warm up )
Also on the table are Infrared heating and maybe some kind of ads.

Well from what I can see there capernicus, the problem may be ‘lack of challenge’. If a marathon runner can run a marathon, doing 10 miles a day isn’t going to progress his fitness much.

You will be conditioned to all the types of PE you have done, and sometimes you seem to have moved from a more intense routine to a less intense routine, that won’t challenge your tissues at all.

OK, so what do you do about it? I’m guessing you don’t want to go with the extended deconditioning break, so I won’t suggest that.

First and most important thing is to make the tissues as extensible as possible, so a very thorough warm-up will be needed. Without that I doubt you’ll get any results.

And you need to stretch the tissues in all their planes, working the longitudinal and circumferential tunica layers, otherwise one will ‘support’ the other. So you need to jelq alongside any other routine you do.

Because you are well conditioned, you are going to need to use a more challenging level of force, and hit the tissues slightly differently. So for stretching, instead of a normal stretch that hits the ligs/attachment points for example, stretch over a cylinder and target the shaft.

Basically what I would recommend is reading the thread Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism and applying it exactly as described, with lots of heat. And after doing the split routine as mem suggests, as a 3rd session before bed or straight after the jelq session, do a further warm-up then spend half an hour in the tube at lowish vacuum to relax and stretch out the tissues. They will already be well pre-exhausted from the mem routine, so the pumping will be acting on tissues already at the limit of their elasticity (i.e. ready to ‘creep’), rather than slowly bringing the tissues to that point in the cylinder.

Try that for a couple of months; if you don’t gain from it, a decon break is probably going to be your only viable option.

What you’re saying is much in line with what I’ve been thinking, IE not challenging enough.

I really want to make pumping work as it’s what I know best but I agree I either need to up the manual work of add a better stretching program.

Do you think some kind of ADS would provide enough length stretch to compare with manual stretching ?

Should have mentioned that in the last month since bumping the time up to 45mins in the pump I have been feeling some fatigue during my sessions which seems like a positive sign to me ?

Yes, but don’t worry too much if you don’t always feel fatigue. You do want to feel it at least once or twice a week though.

My advice….Forget the pump. I don’t know if you’re going for girth or length. Seems to be just girth. Your routine is lazy! Clamping and pumping is the lazy way to do it, that is just my opinion and experience. I tired just clamping, only thing that ever gave me is a worn out hurt dick. Tried pumping…and nothing. After years of doing this the only gains I have ever had came from manual exercises.

Heating pad warmup, keep it off your balls. Don’t ever heat your balls up unless you want to lower your testosterone. Next 5 mins of manual stretches. I then clamp for probably 5 mins. This is only to get that starting pump. Nice and full. I use lotion during this entire process. Lots of lotion. Cheap Shave vitamin E stuff. After I’m sure its pumped I release the clamp, but keep that pump in your dick. Kegel. I stand and cross my legs to keep that blood in. (done with the clamp for the entire routine). For the next 15-20 mins I do some intense 440 squeezes. That pump never goes away for the entire time. I switch hands, so probably 40 secs left hand base right hand top squeeze, release kegel, pump it up, light strokes, get it to the point where you wanna bust a nut then, opposite hand, base squeeze, kegel, base squeeze, then add the top grip. I do this so I don’t cause to much damage to the base. I also mix up the base squeeze grip from regular ok grip to reverse grip. Again I use tons of lotion to make sure there is low friction on the skin. After the very intense workout of squeeze I do some erect kegels to make sure fresh blood gets into my dick. Basically getting it pumped with no hands. Rinse with hot water, then back into the heating pad for 10 mins followed by stretches. This is an anti turtle cool down…or warm down.

Someone who has done PE for awhile knows how to get that full massive almost busting pump without ever busting. Because we all know, ejaculating is counter productive in PE. At least during or right after your routine. Getting pussy is different though.

For me the manual clamp with 440 squeezes is the only way I gain. I also take Citrulline Malate (8 grams a day) for blood flow and of course vitamins. I think you lack gains because of lack of effort. Manual workouts are hard, during my exercises I am kegeling very very hard. Almost to the point where I’m shaking. After I’m done, I feel worn out. I stand up for the entire thing, to avoid gravity taking blood out, sitting down never really worked for me. So there you go, its time to put in some manual work bro. Good luck.

What vacuum level are you using and are you packing at least 1/4 of the tube?

Thanks Thal, I think you have a point about the intensity level but not the effort if that makes sense, I wouldn’t necessarily agree about pumping being no good. I do think until recently I’ve been playing it a bit safe but the time has been well spent learning how to manipulate my PIs.

dt I’m using no more than 3”hg with water, Doesn’t sound like a lot maybe but after a lot of experiments it’s the max I can use without causing excess discolouration.
In the last month since I increased my time I’m packing more of my tube, about the first 3” and I am getting great post workout non fluid expansion.

Thanks FG I do want to discuss the fatigue thing in more depth at some point.

I think Mem’s routine is a staple of PE. Manual V stretches, jelq 440 squeezes. I know it sucks doing manual cause its all hands, but it works. I use a weight lifting bar for the V stretches.

Sad to hear. You really aren’t the quitter type. The memento’s rapid gain routine included horse440 squuezes wich are working great for my girth. I’ve seen big gains from them!

I believe that everyone can gain if they just find the right routine and do them exercises right. Good luck to you!

Is it be nice to mem day or something? First I read this, then the above from thal. Maybe I have a terminal illness and everyone knows but me. Still, it’s nice to know that pointing out the obvious gains you kudos.
