That’s been my worst mistake, overtraining.

Yeah that balance can be a real bitch to figure out. Maybe try an extender if you haven’t yet. If you have the time to spare you can wear a traction device like all day. I used to even wear mine at work under clothes. I know I got at least .5 inch out of mine before I went on to crazier things lol.

Long sessions at low pressure seem to be working, around 45mins seems ideal.
The next question is determining the ideal amount off days on/off.

I should have updated this ages ago.
For about the last month I’ve switched to only pumping every other day and using my ADS for about 4 hours on the days in between.
Still have 1 or 2 days totally off every week to 10 days as well.

I think water pumping is a lot harder on the tissues than it feels, leaving 48 hours between sessions has made a big difference in the quality of erections during pumping and also in the expansion during and after.
I’m packing further up the tube and the base is getting so tight that I’ve had to cut a few sessions short however I’m resisting the temptation to move up to a larger tube for as long as I can.

I’ve noticed that expansion always starts at the base and slowly creeps up, it’s only since I started packing around halfway up the shaft that the upper shaft has started to really expand.
It seems to work much like blowing up a long skinny balloon, the base bulges out first and then when that reaches it’s limit it starts to move up.
Restricting the base expansion seems to allow it to move forward more effectively whereas when I tried a larger tube all I got was more base expansion and fluid build up.

I guess when pump sellers tell you to get a tube that’s only slightly larger than your max girth they know what they’re talking about !

Not measuring until the new year, gains or no gains it’s all good.
Plan on trying some hanging next year, only thing I haven’t done yet.

Not only have I not gained but the small gain I was seeing a while back has gone too !
For fucks sake ! Nothing I’ve done has made any difference in 4 years, at this rate I’m going to go down in PE history as the biggest failure ever :(

I can only conclude that for me at least pumping is never going to work which is a shame as I enjoy it.
I need a completely new approach, I’m still only after girth and I have an hour free every day, I’m open to suggestions.

Considering that it may just be a lack of stress I might give dynamic pumping a go, maybe.

- Always measure in the evening
-always measure after two days of rest
-always measure both length and girth

Pumping is not the best technique for stable gains, at least not alone. Dynamic pumping is likely to be a complete waste of time.

Yeah you’re probably right, don’t know what to try at this point.

Manual stretching every morning, pumping every other day 45mins and for the last month or so ads on non pumping days.

I’d add jelqs 2on/1 off.

Before that, take two days off and measure again. Measure always the same daytime, if possible in the evening.

Always have done jelqing on pumping days.
I doubt measuring at different times will show any difference.
I thinks it’s a force issue, I’m sure I could gain length from

hanging once I reached enough weight, I’ve had to lengthen ligaments before as part of physio treatment after injury so I know it’s possible.
I just don’t want length.

There must be a way, if thousands of other guys can do it then so can I.
