What I see is missing from your routine descriptions seems to be utilizing an ADS to contribute to consistent gain progress. It isn’t necessary to wear high stress or weight levels but enough to keep things disturbed so regression doesn’t happen. That level is usually around the 2 to 3 pound mark. So IOW wear something 24/7 except for sleep periods. 8 or even 10 hours of sleep isn’t enough for solidification to take place before the next set of an ADS begins or heavy exercises. When I was in the grove I was wearing my rings upwards of 15 hours a day with my heavy hanging sessions taking place in the afternoons after work and before the wife and kids came home. That led to 2” of growth over a 14 month period. I know of others who have gained that same amount in much less time but they devoted their lives to hanging during the day, must have been all day. :)

At any rate the usage of an ADS would very likely result in gains progression over long periods of time without toughening or any regression.

This reads like you mean using an ADS will impede growth. But further down, your post seems to advocate using ADS. Sorry, but I’m confused. Can you clarify please?

Thanks guys, never give up, it works.

For anyone who might find this useful here’s the routine that seems to be working.
Keep in mind I took about 8 months decon before starting it.

Stretching.
Using the vachanger 3 filled with water.
5-10mins stretching with the elastic leg cord to loosen up then 5mins stretching in the shower just manually pulling on the hanger.
Straight up and bundled stretches straight up, hold between 30-60s.
2-3 days a week.

Pumping.
Warm up 5mins hot water.
Jelq 5-10mins depending on how it feels.
Water pump 10-30mins @3” hg again going on how it feels. Sometimes one 30min session other times two 10-15min sessions with some jelqing inbetween.
4-5 days a week

That’s it really, a lot of going by how it feels and enough rest, pretty simple and enjoyable.

Thanks for sharing your routine, it makes me wonder how many of non gainers do far too much.

4 years of PE and yet you don’t need a very intense routine to gain.

Did you ever jelq during those 14 great months or did any other form of PE?
After those 2 inches you aimed for girth and I see you also succeded right?


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

Works just fine.
Dont see why you couldn’t hang or stretch any angle you want with it, the actual chamber is quite small.
If you want to hang angles or fulcrums where your shaft will be bent a bit I’d recommend using a longer sealing sleeve rather than the vacuum ring Though.
