Hey, I just found this forums and decided I should stretch my penis.

As of 2nd September 2014 my measures are:

FL: 4.9 inches (12.5cm)
FG: 3.9 inches (10.0cm)
BPFS: to be measured

EL: 5.9 inches (15.0cm)
EG: 4.9 inches (12.5cm)
BPES: to be measured

As you can see, my penis is really small (at least in my opinion). My dream come true would be get an increase of two inches in EL and whatever other increase in others measures I get I’ll appreciate.

I do the following work out daily (or the more times per week I can):

- Warm up;

-Stretching (flaccid):
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks x3

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks x3

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks x3;

- Jelqing (80% erect):
For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs
After 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs;

- Warm down;

- The most Kegel squeezes I can handle. (I also do this later during the day when bored);

-Testicle massage;

After I work out as soon as I wake up, I just wear my cock ring all day long and then sleep with it.

And that’s it. If anyone has any suggestions or tips, I will be happy to know.

5.9 x 4.9 means you’re in the top 50%, not small.

I would stick with the newbie routine only and skip the cock ring. You may get quick newbie gains, but you need to make sure you condition yourself before adding to the routine. Focus your attention on your PI’s to add/subtract reps and rest days.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

Your penis is not small bro. If you want to improve it you absolutely can. Be consistent and lose the negative thoughts surrounding your penis. You are on the upper end if average in the girth department and average in length. Good luck and have some fun with it.

Ahhhhhh, :) ), I love it.
My suggestions: Your jelq routine should be fruitful provided that you stick to it. It is long and hardy. however this famous PE guy named Big Al announced to the PE community, that one should increase their reps weekly. Based on experience of weight lifting/PE/discovery channel, it would seem to me that bodies tend to react to all kinds of consistent extraneous factors in an almost the exact same way(Contemplate the universe).

Also, being in the world of stretching, and having lig stretched manually for seven months in the past(gaining .2 I might add), you should savor the weakness of your ligs for while you can, as I must now very uncomfortably hang in the 20lb range to make minute gains I could’ve been making faster in the 12lb range…

So, from my experience/perception, I would suggest that you avoid doing exercises that could strengthen your ligaments. Stretches that don’t target the same ligaments that hanging would, would be good for both loosening up your corpus cavernosa for more effective/damaging jelqing, as well as stretching whatever damage you might’ve done to them.

The only tips I have is to remember the month you started and stay on your routine on autipilot till that month comes along again, and, more of an fact than an tip… An individual could cause their penis to heal at an angle by consistently jelqing at the same angle, for an long period of time, just saying…

The measures of my first post are wrong, sorry about that.

2nd September:
FL: 3.9
FG: 3.9
EL: 5.9

FG: 4.3

I’d suggest you to don’t measure too many times. Every sizes (erect and flaccid) depends on the day and even in the same day you can have big differents in the results. Take it easy ;) .
