Hello guys, I am not new to this, and I decided to make a change and I am going to try PE out, I already did streching and jelquing but very ocasionally, so My program goes as follows.

Month 1:
5 min warmup
5 min of streches
300 jelqs
5 min of streches
5 min of warmdown
Also no masturbation that day

Month 2:
5 min warmup
5 min of streches
500 jelps
5 min of streches
5 min of warmdown

Month 3:
5 min warmup
5 min of stretches
700 jelqs
5 min of streches
5 min of warm down

So that would be My 3 month plan, it would Be 2 days on 1 day off, My measures are 14cm erect and girth around 12, My long término goals is getting up to 18, so add a couple inches, I know it will take more than 3 months, I will be posting a before and after picture.

That is entirely too much. Period. If you experienced any gains outside of the second week I would be shocked. I’ve never done half the amount of jelqs that you suggest even in the first month much less your next two. And people have seen gains with 50 jelqs or less, that’s why the Newbie Routine isn’t geared like a “tug till exhaustion” scenario.

PE isn’t bodybuilding. Going harder does not make it go faster, it usually makes it go slower. I recommend you take a look at this before you seriously injure yourself and see no gains in the process.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I’m with TG on this one, too much (period) and also too fast. Since he didn’t give you direct advice here’s mine: try something like 60-80-100 jelqs instead, and total stretch time of 5-8-10 minutes. First get your form right, then find a comfortable quantity for your exercises, and finally ride out the gains until they stall. That’s when you want to increase time, intensity or reps, not before. Also daily kegels, 50x 5 second holds should give you a healthy PC muscle. Never skip those warm ups and downs, use constant heat if you have it available.

I know you say you’re not new to this, but it’s well known that estimates of occasional occurrences are almost invariably much higher. So if you’ve done stretching and jelqing occasionally, you’ve probably done it little enough to still start with a newbie routine. It’s probably the best starting point anyway.

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

Cut jelqing at least in half. The rest are good.
