Hi, guys!

First at all I want to introduce my past PE “experience” and to set up my goals, so that you can suggest if that is achievable.

I have read a lot about PE on the forum in 2012, but I started at the end of the year. I used the newbie routine for a month and didn’t measure a single mm of gains, so I got frustrated and eventually quit. I don’t know what my problem was, I trained 3on-1off-2on-1off weekly, I’ve never felt overtraining and never got any problems. Actually during this month and after it absolutely nothing changed for me - no gains, no EQ change, no shape, color or something else. My exact routine was:

~5 min warm up with washcloth
9x30 sec stretching with some rest inbetween, so in total around 10 mins of stretching
100 wet jelqs, I’ve used oil as a lube, worked and felt great for me. My dick was fully flaccid, wondering if this was a mistake
~hot shower for warm down

I was feeling great after a session, my flaccid was obviously bigger and thicker, but after 10-20-30 minutes my dick was getting to it’s normal size (some of the times shrunk as well) and I couldn’t feel any gains (which was the case indeed).

I’m starting at size, considered average. My stats are 5.9 NBEL x 5.12 Mid girth. My goal is 7.2 NBEL x 5.6 mid girth, which makes 1.3” in length and 0.5” in girth. The length is way more important, because my girth is not bad at all, but I would love to see gains there too.

I’m planning to start again with the newbie routine and I would change something, if you advice me to. I will stick up with it until the end of the year, which makes a little bit more than 2 months in total, then planing to start with the memento’s rapid gains mechanism. Additional information: I don’t smoke, workout 6 times a week in the gym, sleep and eat relatively good, no stress and no overweight. I hope I have your support and reach my goal!

Here are some question and things I need as information:
What was wrong with my past routine? Why didn’t I see any gains? It is very important to me that I see gains, even slight, at the beginning, so that I get motivated and believe, that I could gain.
What do you think about my goals and how long could it take to achieve them? Would e.g half year of dedicated PE get me there ( in the mem’s rapid gains mechanism he said he gained 2” in around 6 months, so I want around the half of it, 7.0 NBEL will be pretty great).
Could you give me some personal experience for motivation, so that I can believe in it? Are you sure that you’re gains are real and no placebo? How long did it take you to see the first notable gains, e.g 0.4” ? How did PE reflect on your EQ? How did PE reflect on your sex life? This is pretty much the point for me, because I haven’t make my ex orgasm for about 10 months of sex life and felt, that size was kind of a issue, because she could easily get all of me even at the beginning.

I will post information weekly about my last 7 days of PE, because everyday posts are a bit annoying and decrease the level of the overview. I’m starting today with my past newbie routine, but would love to hear some feedback.

I’d say that definitely didn’t help matters, try jelqing with around 70 % erection this time around and see how you go, by the way some guys take longer than 3month’s to notice a gain and then ‘Pow’ the gains start coming.

Yeah thats the mistake right there. Jelqing flaccid won’t do anything. 70% erect then jelq. You will see gains after a few months. Stick with it. Sorry you did all that work for so long while jelqing flaccid

I’ve just finished my workout and it went the same way as before. Great flaccid afterwards and nice feeling during stretches.

I tried this with the 70% erect jelqs and had some problems. I can’t maintain 70% erection, I get my dick hard, but after 4-5-10 jelqs it gets flaccid again. In general I have some problems maintaining erection while staying straight. Should I try jelqing while sitting or I should add some kegels, so that I solve this problems with the erection while standing up?

Some guys use a bit of porn to help with their erection level Rechner, or you can concentrate on the memory of your last sexual encounter, perhaps a sexual fantasy. You can always try sitting down if it helps, it helps.

I’m kind a confused because of the jelq technique. At the main thread for jelqing:
How to Jelq
is written: “The minimum erection level you should allow is 40%-50%. In general, the greater the erection, the more effect on girth. Likewise, the lower the erection, the more effect on length. That said, some gain length easily and others only find girth increases. Jelqing with erections higher than 80% should be avoided initialy.”

So why do I need at least 70%, when I’m focusing on the length? Could someone tell me what’s the proper jelqing technique for length for sure?

70% worked for length for me combined with stretches of course, the expansion at this level is what I believe helps the tunica to lengthen,any lower and I don’t feel expansion.

I just finished my third session and I have couple of questions.

Are the following tow things considered good PI’s
- Getting a lot of veins?
- Getting my biggest size ever while jelqing! That what I mean is if I get size around 5.9nbel x 5.1 eg during erection my size is around 6.1nbl x 5.3g during jelq session. I started to jelq on higher erection levels (65-75% I would say) and that got me this effect?

Is this an influential negative PI
- Penis getting to it’s normal flaccid size and even shrinks 5 minutes after taking the shower? If it is, what could I do about it?

The stretching is done flaccid, right? Could you give me some suggestions how to make it as effective as possible?

While plenty of guys do get some quick newbie gains I expect that most do not. Even had you been jelqing at 50-70% erect you probably would not have seen any gains in a month. A fuller flaccid probably; and perhaps better EQ as well.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

Week one is over ( I think 6 workouts so far actually). I really like the results for now. I’ve never had regular morning woods and since I started I wake up hard every morning. I have some improvements on the problem with maintaining erection while standing up - I masturbate standing up and only after a week it feels nice doing it + I’m able to make my workout and it gets better. I masturbated earlier that day although I had workout at the evening, but my EQ was great and I felt happy about it. Looks like my motivation is coming! I started at 23.10.13 and I will take my first measurement at 23.12.13 ( after 2 months in ). Hopefully I add at least 0.2” in length!
My routine was an usual moderation of the newbie routine

5 minutes hot water warm up
9x 30sec stretches (normal 9 o clock angle)
100 wet jelqs using oil on erection level 55-80%
hot shower afterwards

I like masturbating pretty often (almost every day, on rest days more than once), because I have fun of course and also to monitor my EQ.

Week 2 is complete(actually a little bit more, started on 23 of october). I didn’t change my routine yet, will wait at least 3 week. My flaccid size is better and I feel like growing, my cook feels bigger in my hands while masturbating. Can’t wait to measure at 23th of december! After 17 of november I will increase the number of jelqs and the time for stretching. Right now I did increase the intensity and feel great about it. My EQ is cool, I get rock hard these days while masturbating, although I wake up with semi-erection (Any suggestions about that?). Will report on next sunday may be!

Yeah, I’m doing it! I didn’t report after week 3 because the results were pretty much the same. I’m pretty sure I have gained something like 0.15-0.25, but I will measure at the end of the second month. On saturday I will officially finish the first month and will post my plans for the next months. For sure I have to increase the intensity, I feel like growing and I think I can handle more workouts and I’m planing to test some new things. After new year I will try mem’s rapid gains mechanism, or may be will start with it in february.

I don’t feel any change in my EQ, I still like it a lot. I’m not sure if I gained something, but won’t measure until the completion of the second month. Sometimes when I masturbate, I feel definately longer, around 0.4”, but sometimes I feel as nothing has changed, that’s why I will wait one more month…
I can see and feel, that the intensity of my routine is too low, so I would love some suggestion for an adjustment. What do you think about doubling it with one morning and one evening session? I don’t think it will be too exhausting for my dick, but wanted to ask you first.

My other question is: I feel the jelqing great, I believe it has great impact on my dick… But I can’t say the same thing about the stretching part. Is it again wrong to perform stretching on low erection levels, around 40-50% or I’m doing something else wrong. My grip is reversed O-grip while standing.
