First at all I want to introduce my past PE “experience” and to set up my goals, so that you can suggest if that is achievable.
I have read a lot about PE on the forum in 2012, but I started at the end of the year. I used the newbie routine for a month and didn’t measure a single mm of gains, so I got frustrated and eventually quit. I don’t know what my problem was, I trained 3on-1off-2on-1off weekly, I’ve never felt overtraining and never got any problems. Actually during this month and after it absolutely nothing changed for me - no gains, no EQ change, no shape, color or something else. My exact routine was:
~5 min warm up with washcloth
9x30 sec stretching with some rest inbetween, so in total around 10 mins of stretching
100 wet jelqs, I’ve used oil as a lube, worked and felt great for me. My dick was fully flaccid, wondering if this was a mistake
~hot shower for warm down
I was feeling great after a session, my flaccid was obviously bigger and thicker, but after 10-20-30 minutes my dick was getting to it’s normal size (some of the times shrunk as well) and I couldn’t feel any gains (which was the case indeed).
I’m starting at size, considered average. My stats are 5.9 NBEL x 5.12 Mid girth. My goal is 7.2 NBEL x 5.6 mid girth, which makes 1.3” in length and 0.5” in girth. The length is way more important, because my girth is not bad at all, but I would love to see gains there too.
I’m planning to start again with the newbie routine and I would change something, if you advice me to. I will stick up with it until the end of the year, which makes a little bit more than 2 months in total, then planing to start with the memento’s rapid gains mechanism. Additional information: I don’t smoke, workout 6 times a week in the gym, sleep and eat relatively good, no stress and no overweight. I hope I have your support and reach my goal!
Here are some question and things I need as information:
What was wrong with my past routine? Why didn’t I see any gains? It is very important to me that I see gains, even slight, at the beginning, so that I get motivated and believe, that I could gain.
What do you think about my goals and how long could it take to achieve them? Would e.g half year of dedicated PE get me there ( in the mem’s rapid gains mechanism he said he gained 2” in around 6 months, so I want around the half of it, 7.0 NBEL will be pretty great).
Could you give me some personal experience for motivation, so that I can believe in it? Are you sure that you’re gains are real and no placebo? How long did it take you to see the first notable gains, e.g 0.4” ? How did PE reflect on your EQ? How did PE reflect on your sex life? This is pretty much the point for me, because I haven’t make my ex orgasm for about 10 months of sex life and felt, that size was kind of a issue, because she could easily get all of me even at the beginning.
I will post information weekly about my last 7 days of PE, because everyday posts are a bit annoying and decrease the level of the overview. I’m starting today with my past newbie routine, but would love to hear some feedback.
