Hey guys,

After my gf cheated on me I’ve decided to start doing PE. I’ll still keep her because it’s just been a mistake in 4 years, but I’ve found out that the other guy had a larger tool than mine so I decided to do this.

I’m starting from 14x11 cm (5.5x4.33 in) and I’m feeling quite skeptical about this because my EQ is already 9-10 so I don’t know if I’ll be able to gain much.

My ultimate goal is 7x6, and the main goal is 6.5x5. As for now I’m just doing jelqs in the shower for like 10-15 minutes.

Do you guys think I’ll be able to reach my goals? And how long do you think it’ll take me?

I don’t think EQ has anything to do with your potential gains, myself I’ve registered 5mm gains in my first few months and I had rock-hard , heavy, veiny erections.

My advice is to start with a “less is more” attitude, keep it simple, if you see gains, as small as they can be, keep doing what you do until you stop getting gains from it.

Also, don’t focus on numbers like the number of jelq, time of warmup/warmdown etc. You have to Feel it. You need to feel the low level pain stretch when you’re stretching, you need to feel your unit relaxed and more elastic after warming up, you need to feel blood accumulate in your glans when you jelq, and so on.

Keep the faith, gains will come.

You got this. Make PE a part of your lifestyle, like weight training or running. Believe and don’t look back. Be patient and in some years you will be an inch longer and 0.50” girthier.

Think in years and be consistent. It’s worth the work.
