Starting JP 90 Today

Hello all, I’ll be starting the JP 90 day routine 2 days on 2 days off today. I am 7” BPEL, 5” MSEG and 2.5-3” non erect length (I forgot the abbreviation for that). I’m happy with my length but wouldn’t mind a .5” increase or so, what I’m really doing this for is EG gains, hoping to reach 6” MSEG after 8 months to 1 year of consistent PE (not sure just how realistic those expectations are, I guess I’ll be able to tell based on my gains at end of the 3 month beginners routine). Honestly I’ll be happy when the average woman’s hand can’t fit around it haha. I’ll be measuring bi monthly and reporting my results. After my 90 days I’ll continue with the JP routine and add in some girth workouts, nothing too crazy.

Quick question, how do I avoid the baseball bat effect where the penis is wider on the end than it is at the base? Anything extra I can do during the first 90 days to help with girth gains?

You’ve got good starting stats. Baseball bat is usually caused by non consistent jelq reps so just make sure your consistent with your jelqing, it will take a while to get the hang of but eventually it will come naturally. Make sure to start at the base with every rep and apply the same pressure thru out the rep.
