It’s been awhile since I’ve PE’d and I was mostly never consistent. I work long days often so by the time I get home I don’t really have the time for it. In an effort to get in the work I think I’m going to try and do 2 or 3 long sessions a week on my days off that way I’m getting it done. Also for the first time I’ll be taking heat seriously as I never warmed up in the past. I read a lot of people enjoy the IR lamps so I picked one up at the pet store today hopefully it’s the correct one. If anyone has feedback on if it’s wrong bulb please let me know. Tonight will be my first session likely only 15 minutes today.

First session done I kept it light. Few minutes stretching 50 jelqs and 20 kegals few second holds.

Btw my stats are

Flaccid: 3.5 NBP and 4in girth

Erect NBP is 5.25 and 4.5 girth

Tell me how it goes! I’m new to PE so hearing your progress will keep me going

Just finished third workout still kept it light to be safe for now. Still not sure if doing jelqs right. Not sure if I’m squeezing hard enough and do you grasp the base of penis with second hand before or after you let go with first?
