It’s been awhile since I’ve PE’d and I was mostly never consistent. I work long days often so by the time I get home I don’t really have the time for it. In an effort to get in the work I think I’m going to try and do 2 or 3 long sessions a week on my days off that way I’m getting it done. Also for the first time I’ll be taking heat seriously as I never warmed up in the past. I read a lot of people enjoy the IR lamps so I picked one up at the pet store today hopefully it’s the correct one. If anyone has feedback on if it’s wrong bulb please let me know. Tonight will be my first session likely only 15 minutes today.
