Spread's Routine

Currently: In the shower I do 100-125 jelqs, followed by several sets of 5 dry erect jelqs with L hand and compression on cock head with R hand with max pressure I can generate. There’s a name for this but I forget. Loving this exercise right now. Ideally I do this morning and evening, 5 days a week. Also stretching with golf weights for length every once in a while.

Past: Golf weight stretching. Jelqing 2x10 min, followed by clamping 2x10 min. O-bends and stretches ad lib. Also experimented with Horse440. Babbis newbie routine.

Favorite exercises: Length - golf weight stretch, Girth - dry erect jelq.

I’ve been very sporadic in my dedication to PE since my join date. The pattern has gone something like this: figure out some new exercise, gains come in spurts, then nothing, I get bored and forget about PE for 3-6 months. Rinse and repeat. As of Sept ‘08, I spontaneously decided to start with this dry erect jelq one morning in the shower, and it’s working really well and I’m excited about the potential.
