i start by stretching my penis in order to warm it up, then i do 3 reps of manuel stretch ( grasping it from the head and pulling it towards all direstions for 30s in each direction ).sometimes i do some v-stretch for about 2min straight and finally i do a single rep of wet jelq ( 150 good jelqs ).That’s all…
