Some progress - Report - some info I learned

Lurker here, discovered PE a bit more than a year ago

I started at 6.5x5.2 MG, always thought I was decent and a bit above average, but not big enough for some girls, and for my ego.
Note : I have smaller head, girth is the largest all along the midsection. Results are bone-pressed (BPEL)

PE story :
- Last year did jelqing + stretching quite seriously for about 4 months. Reached 7x5.3, but jelqed too strong with a too erect dick and hurt myself. Had to take a long break, could not PE anymore. I lost some of my gains, especially in length.
I strongly recommend all of you starting not to jelq too hard, and don’t go over 65-70% erection ! There is a sweet spot at 50-65%, stay there.

- Restarted around 6 months ago, basically doing a 10-15 minutes jelq session with a little bit of coconut oil (BEST lube for this shit by far, in my opinion). No stretching because I wanted to focus on girth.
Today I’m at about 6.9x5.4, so good girth gains (noticeable at least), and also some length. Pretty stocked with the results as my short term goal is 7x5.5
I can now jelq stronger because of experience (I know my limits !), I can use a strong grip, I do about 15-20 sets of 8-12 jelqs each session. Start slow, then intense, then less intense in the end (pyramidal training, for you guys that are lifting)
Recovery is very important, I do at least 36 hours recovery, usually 48h so every other day.

I’ll keep jelqing to reach this 7x5.5, maybe a couple more months I guess, then keep going with addition of stretches to gain length
My medium term goal is 7.5x5.75 which should put me in the well endowed category

No pumping, I’m not sure I want to invest in this as I’m seeing good progress with manuals; I’m pretty sure I could reach my goal of 7.5x5.75 with them given enough time.

Long term goal, I don’t know, I’ll probably keep doing it, if I could reach 7.9x5.9 that would be great (that’s 20cm x 15cm for the metrics inclined).
