I am really kicking myself in the butt for not having taken starting pictures. But honestly I did not expect for this to work the way that it did. The third month was a combination of stretching, jelqing , and towards the end I added uli and horse squeezes. I discovered that if I did a warm-up and some jelqs before I stretched and then did my girth work and finished with some edging that this prevented EQ loss for me. At the end of the third month I am proud to say that I have added one inch to my BPEL and half an inch to my mseg.

Man, I’m halfway through the 3 months… I can only wish to gain a whole inch, that’d be the dream.

In addition to your exercises, what kind of rest regime did you run? Any changes in diet and exercise?

And this may be an odd question but you say edging helped you retain high EQ after length work. When do you edge? I’m finding it hard to edge with stretch-induced low EQ, any tips?

I stretch anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes a day 4-5 days a week throughout the month of June and the last week I have gotten 20-30 min a day in every day. I jelq 3-4 days a week , and I edge daily, sometimes for 10 minutes sometimes 30. If I know I’m going to have sex that night then I just jack off. And 1-3 times a week I do girth work and The EQ issues are all completely gone now.

Thanks for the info, you did said finishing your edging, whats that mean do you mean you ejaculate to end your edging or not ejaculate, im not really familiar with edging

Also I have taken liquid cialis low dose everyday since starting PE because of the fat flaccid it gives me. I had some leftover from my steroid cycle last year and I figured the extra blood flow would be a good thing. And even though it didn’t prevent EQ issues from stretching it Def helps keep my member in a fat stage . I can’t help but wonder if this has had anything to do with my relatively easy gains

On days I’m not gonna have sex I masturbate almost to the point of finishing and then make it last as long as possible but never ejaculating(edging).. On days I have sex , 3-4 days a week I just masturbate until ejaculation and then have sex a few hours later

Update after 3+ years of no PE

Not long after I posted this thread I reached a plateau and decided to take a break and to try again later. What actually ended up happening is that I just stopped all together. I would occasionally do light stretching in the shower but nothing beyond that. At some point about a year after stopping I noticed that my size was getting smaller, not as small as when I started but I lost roughly 50% of my length and girth gains.
About a month ago I started the process all over again just as I had initially done. The first three weeks I just did light stretching in the shower, a week ago I started back into jelqing and some heavier stretching. I’m curious to see if the second time around I can get past my initial Plateau, we shall see.
