Smitworth's Routine

I warm up with a face cloth while massaging thru the heated cloth rewarm every thirty secs. Repeat for about 5-7 mins. Then I stretch, manual stretches starting downward and on to the counter clockwise and clockwise stretching. I do the stretching for about 5 min. Finally I use coco butter balm to lubricate my penis and I began to help for about 10-15 mins. That is my workout in full.
