Hey ,

Well am back from my resting day as Lenny suggest
Am starting over :-)

Starting : 6BPEL , 5EG
Goal: 7BPEL , 5.5 EG

I will update this thread in my resting day

D1
- Warm up 5m
- Jelq ( Super light grip) 40
- Warm down 5m
Result : shrinkage for the rest of the day:-(
Kegel 100 (3 sessions) hold 5sec n rest 5sec

D2
- Warm up 5m
- Jelq ( Super light grip) 25 I felt I can do more but was afraid of shrinkage
- Warm down 5m
Result : shrinkage for the 1 hour :-)
Kegel 150 (3 sessions) hold 5sec n rest 5sec (Added 50 Kegel)

Every other day PE along with fixed 50 kegels after sessions: should be enough to skip most of the shrinkage.

Hey there smallstarter (who did not start small, look it up :P )

Lookin’ good! Though the shrinkage may seem like you won’t be able to get any good results, you may fall in the “lucky” category. After all you may not need to put so much effort into the same growth. Besides the first few weeks are intended to be a practice in conditioning. Are you stretching at all? Some people swear by the ligament related gains. Stay consistent and you’re (almost) certain to succeed, good luck!

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

Well when I was stretching I always getting shrinkage

After 2ND week of routine I will start to stretch for 1:30 have and see if am getting shrinkage or not

So far all good and I will try my best to do it slowly I will not rush it

Hey man, congratulations!

I’ve correlated erectile pain with growth for myself, it seems to make sense if you think about proprioception (“deep sense” with which you can feel the orientation of your body) and expansion. When the receptors notice an expansion beyond pre-established limits, it registers as pain. Over time, they’ll get used to the larger state. It’s a theory in progress, related to growing pains ^^. So… Possibly congrats! :D

Well you had really good erections, but they hurt a bit. If you think there’s a different cause to the pain than over-expansion, probably rest for a few days. If you only have the pain while really erect, then it could be a good thing (pressure pain around the top 1/3 of my unit while erect appears to be a good PI for me). Real no-nos are pain while doing PE, any type of sharp pains and pain during gentle handling. Asymmetry can also be an indicator of trouble. You can always reduce your intensity if any of this applies, then stop if that doesn’t help. Just don’t try to push past it. Hope that clears it up a little! Additional answers from more experienced members are always helpful.
