A pretty traumatizing situation happened to me a few years ago where an ex had made a passing comment about my size, coupled with a situation where my life was getting stagnant - no disposable income, no privacy, all work and no social life. I’ve read that my size is supposedly average. I’m bi, and I’ve always noticed all the other guys I’ve slept with were all bigger than me, and the girls I’ve slept with hadn’t really been all that excited either. Either situation did not make me feel very good.

Now I’ve been able to get myself out of what was a pretty stagnant life and into a place of my own, a good career, decent income, and a chance to concentrate on myself. After a few months of working in a protein/produce-rich diet and a strict regimen of exercise, my abdominal fat is almost gone and am now taking the plunge of getting some confidence with my size, and doing something about it. This post is just a starting point for me to see what changes to see, and to motivate me by “documenting” my progress.

Height at 5’11”, at 141 lbs

I decided to splurge and try out an X4 extender after few minutes of jelqing in the shower. My process has been 2 hours of 1400g (the second line in the tension spring), and then another two hours of minimal tension thereafter in the morning hours. Then at night, I’ll put the extender on again at minimal tension for another 2-3 hours. On occasion, if I drift off to sleep with it on, it usually finds its way off without much notice.

Here goes nothing, and I’ll be continuing to post to this chain for myself.

Good luck with your PE journey, I myself am also using an X4 extender. I have been averaging 4-6 hours a day since 3-24-18 and have logged in approximately 230 hours so far in just over two months. I will say I was skeptical at first to using part of a baby sock in place of the comfort foam, I wish I hadn’t been because the socks are much more comfortable than the comfort foam and is much easier to put on.

I hadn’t really thought of using a sock instead of the comfort foam, but since you mentioned it, I do feel that the ‘comfort foam’ is not particularly comfortable. Thank you for that suggestion! I will go and pick a pair up to try it. I’ll report on how its faring for me.

Through the course of the past 4 weeks, I’ve found that the tension has been getting weaker in the extender. It used to be that the traction guide would meet at the 2nd line, and now, it goes slightly past the 2nd line. From what I could see, it appeared that my FSL seems to have increased while in the extender; a little less than an eighth of an inch.

During my stints in the traction device however, I’ve looked down, and thought to myself, ‘damn, that’s a thin pencil’. I’d figured that it would not help to have an erection while in traction. But I’d hoped to see if there might be anything that could be done in the girth department, so I decided to check into what exercises might help in achieving some gains as to girth.

I’d run into the suggested exercises that horse440 had put out, of squeezing at the base with one hand, and squeezing from the head, toward the base with the other hand; and decided to incorporate the technique for myself.

After a little over a month of a subjecting myself to the extender, it seems that, well, I’ve noticed a change. My BPFSL has increased, and oddly enough, my NBPEL seems to have increased by a sixteenth of an inch or so, but I remain skeptical. It may simply be one of many changes that a member can go through at any particular time - for all I know it may simply be the temperature, but if it is a result of mitosis, it’s an interesting thing to ruminate on. Only time will tell.

Nevertheless, I remain optimistic; I am still sticking with my regimen of 2 hours of stretching with as high tension as I can, and then two hours of minimal tension. At night, I’ve decided to make my third session an ‘every-other-night’ activity and replacing that with fitness workouts which seem to be more promising. Not much crunches you can do to improve your length, but hey, it seems to work okay for my muscles.

Congratulations on your gains. They may seem slow coming but the gains will happen. If your life schedule allows you to wear your extender with only 30-60 minute breaks between sessions instead of 2 hours in the am and 2 hours in the pm, you would probably obtain your gains more easily/quicker. I personally only try to take 15-30 minute breaks between my extender sessions, even though I do take 60 minute breaks.

So it’s now July, and I’ve now come into a definite routine.
08:00 am-12:00 pm: 4 hours in the Extender, max stretching with breaks and jelqing therein.
10:00 pm-12:00 am: 5 minutes of jelqing, and 2 hours in the Extender, minimal stretching. Thereafter, it’s nekkie sleepie time.

After two months of going through this routine, here are my observations thus far.
When I first began this process, my shaft had always felt a little cool - no doubt a result of possible loss of circulation. Now, my body heat is noticably present during stretching - it is now not even an issue; my body’s circulation is definitely used to the stretch.

The Tension Guide now regularly meets at the 3rd line. I suspect that the stretch length has taken it as far as it will go. I will continue to keep this stretch without changing any tension strength for the time being.

I have definitely noticed a change in my EG.
When I first started, I was 4.75 inches.
Now, my EG is measuring at 5 1/8 inches.
I now get the feeling that “this is not my penis” when I wake up in the morning. The familiarity is no longer there, which may be a good sign. I neglected to mention in this thread that I am “a grower, not a shower.” It took some effort to get the circulation going, and make it a shower if I want it to be (and I do). Now, all I need to do is a couple squeezes from the base.

Now, this seems to be only good news thus far, in that I am able to stretch it out further than I used to, and that my girth has certainly changed.

However, I haven’t seen any particular improvement to my erect length. It remains the same, aside from the intermittent changes that happen due to heat, arousal, engorgement, etc. I am excited at the progress, but I continue to keep my head down and to keep the faith.

Well, it’s been 3 months since I first began this journey. I have to say, it’s been an odd experience spending 6 hours plus on just PE, while doing my other tasks in my daily life. I’ve stuck to this routine six or five days a week in earnest.

I’m saddened to see that although I’ve been able to get somewhat of an increase in my BPFSL and MSEG there hasn’t been any particular gains that I can report as to BPEL. The EL has been the key thing that I wanted to gain, and I just haven’t seen any of it. My self-confidence is shot. Even more so with the last guy I just dated; he just let on that he felt he didn’t have time for me (I suppose I’m needy?). I finally reached my weight goals, so I got that going for me, which is nice, and am transitioning onto muscle gains. I think it’s really all I have left that I have control over with my body.

Daily routine:
1000: Hot shower with jelqing for at least a minute.
1100: Start PE Device stretching, as much as I can.
1300: PE Device stretching, minimal.
1500: Stop PE Device stretching.
Evening before bed for two hours: Start PE Device stretching, minimal.

I feel helpless and stuck. It’s not a great feeling to be in this intimate predicament. What am I doing wrong.

I have no clue what you’re doing wrong, first of all. Sorry about that.

I did want to ask you a question, though:

Why is it that your girth increased despite your spending a disproportional amount of time in the extender and essentially a minimal amount of time jelqing?

Also, thank you for the detailed reports. I’ve read through every one of them, and they’ve been a useful resource.

Newbie routine could be the answer. Allowing your penis to have a greater strain in a shorter period could bump your length up. The mild stretch from the extender isn’t getting you to length-island, as you just reported.

Before the routine, make sure to warm up for 10 minutes, wet jelqing on 40 to 50% erect and take the following day off.

To be honest, I really don’t know. It really isn’t what I’d expected would happen since, as you say, I spent more time in the extender than in jelqing.

In my jelqing time in the shower, I run hot water over my penis while shampooing and other washing. Then under heavy soap I lather and run my fingers from base to head. I try to avoid running water from affecting my jelqing, but I keep going until the inadvertent splash from the water finally rinses off the suds. When the suds are gone and I am semi-erect, I proceed with the jelqing with one hand behind the tip, and then with my other hand at the base, and push so my two hands meet, forcing pressure to the shaft as described in my earlier post above. I shower 2-4 times a day; I have a slight case of dermatitis, and I go to the gym, so I shower often, so these are the times when I do it.

Thanks for your encouragement and advice, Lenny and Nsfwgb. I will spend more time jelqing as a matter of habit.
