5 min Hot Wrap

Stretches (~11mins) -Two sets of 30second 6, 3, 12, 9’oclock and straight out, then 1 set of 6, 3, 12, 9’oclock with 2s rotations (each stretch is followed by a 15 second rest)

Jelqing - 100, 5seconds each. EQ 70-80%. Occaisionally a kegal to keep it constant.
