1-3 days a week inconsistently…..
Warm-hot shower warm up,
Manual stretching, fulcrum stretch, fowfer, Jelqing, clamping 3x 20min In between 5min jelq 2min rest, light delicate jelqing while clamped, Uli, 440
Rotate PE exercises, not all done during each session.
I also stretch without warm ups
